    First impression: I wish it was thicker at the top and bottom. With these curved Samsung screens, you don't want the case to come up too far in the sides. The curved screens also make it hard for a screen protector to work well. A very sturdy case is needed with a bump on the top & bottom to protect when the phone falls face down. I posted a comparison of my old black case (on a Samsung S8) and this one on the new S20. I was concerned when the listing didnt specify the thickness of the frame, but I bought it because it was the only clear case I could find with a kickstand. If I place the phone face down, the screen is not touching the surface, so it is ever so slightly raised. Time will tell if it's enough.

    I like everything about this case.

    1. It is a good, snug fit for the Galaxy s20. It does not interfere with the buttons or the USB C port.

    2. I really like the off center position of the kickstand. You can prop the phone up on any of the four sides. The kickstand stays firmly in place. And because it is off center, you can choose to position vertically at a shallow or a steep angle. I like that.

    3. The kickstand is easy to pull out, even if you are a nail-biter like I am. That is not always true.

    4. The case has no effect whatsoever on charging time on my Anker wireless charger. I checked the predicted charge time with and without the case and they were both the same.

    5. I got the pink phone and the color shows through very nicely with the clear case.

    6. The case is not slippery and I feel like I have a good grip on the phone.

    I have not yet applied the tempered glass screen protector but, so far, this case is checking all the boxes for me. I am very happy with it.

The kickstand is a game changer, better than a popit because it lays flush when it's clicked down. It's stiff enough to prop up the phone when opened, and didn't loosen after all this time. The only thing it did do was yellow a little bit...I got the clear one. As plastic stuff does. For as long as it lasted, and as well as it worked, I think it's more than worth the price.

    Very happy with my case., I've had it over a month, and it works perfectly for my taste. Its grippy without being too soft. The kickstand works great in both positions, and the buttons work great through the case. I wanted a case with holes for the buttons because I like how the bare buttons click. This is the next best thing. Also it doesn't add much bulk to the phone. My s20 is wider and taller than my s9 was, but the overall size feels the same with this case on compared with my old case which I thought was pretty thin. The top and bottom edge don't stick out much so there's essentially no screen protection unless you lay it face down on a glass-flat surface. I just lay mine face up anyway. Good job ESR.

    After my review, I was reached out by a customer service representative who apologized for my poor experience and sent me a replacement case. I tried the case out for a while now and it has been great. The stand on my replacement case is still going strong despite my daily usage. I am very happy with this case and would definitely recommend trying it out. What I like most about the case is that it is semi transparent and I can see my phone's color on the back and the material is very grippy. The stand on this is by far one of the best, if not the best. It is made of metal and doesn't interfere with my wireless charger. Definitely give it a try.

    The case looks great and fits the phone perfectly. The only issue I had was that the kickstand was weak and did not hold up my phone. I followed the direction pamphlet that came with the case and didn't go past the limit or stress the kickstand. I assume it is a quality control issue because majority of the other reviews are good. Upon my return, I had the option to get a replacement but I did not want to risk having to deal with this type of issue again.

    I don't like bulky cases, or the pop sockets, but I always watch Netflix/Hulu on my phone while I cook so I needed something with a stand. This stand is very sturdy, yet lightweight and not too thick. I do wish the case was made out of tempered glass rather than clear rubber, but I can live with that.
    Please note that while the actual case is very thin, there bottom does stick out where the stand is. My case has not turned yellowish by the way, I do clean it regularly, but others tend to look nasty and this one is holding up very well. Overall, I think this is a great option for your money.
