My 9 year old son received this gift from Santa, and I finally put it together yesterday. It took abput 20-30 minutes to put together. Real simple. It's the perfect fit for him. He's 4'6" about 90 lbs. He loves it. He loves it so much that he wanted to pull out the foot rest and lean the chair back and sleep in it. Especially when he discovered the massgae feature lol. The only downside is that I will never get him to leave his room. Thank goodness for recess and soccer %26 basketball practices and games, or I'd be afraid that he'd never get exercise throughout the week.

great fit for my son

Great chair for someone wanting something better than a boring office chair. It took around 20 minutes for me, and directions were pretty clear.  Was using a wooden kitchen chair so this is a big upgrade for me and definitely worth the purchase.  I gave it four stars because the screws used in kit are cheap and you can easily strip them as I did mine which is fine because I can get some at the hardware store if I need to replace.  The material used is okay nothing is perfect, however it is better than what I was using. Good chair just don't expect everything to be perfect like the $300 chairs.  Would buy again..

Good Cheap Gaming/Office Chair

The chair was insanely easy to put together and only took like 30 minutes. The also looks really cool once assembled! It has this sleek/ clean look. The chair cushion could be better, it kind of feels a little flat but it's not bad. The massager is AMAZING. Overall, I'd give it a 8 out of 10. Definitely would recommend.

Great chair, east assembly.

I bought this chair during the cyber Monday deals and once I finally got the chance to open the box, I noticed right away the color was wrong. The chair also had little bit of debris on it as well. I was upset but thought whatever it's the same chair just a different color. Once I go start to assemble the chair, I can't find any of the bolts/caps or screws anywhere. There are 50 pieces missing that I need to assemble the chair. What a joke. I thought I read the reviews and they seemed alright to buy from based on the price, but I wasn't expecting this. I would highly recommended not buying anything from this seller!

DONT BUY FROM SELLER!

My son just opened this for a Christmas gift. It is not what I ordered and paid for.  The chair that came is solid white (I would never put solid white anything in a teenage boys' bedroom). I ordered a mostly gray chair. I don't see an extendable footrest anywhere. It also doesn't appear to have the built-in massager either. I don't have a lot of money, and this epic fail is breaking my heart because the kid only asked for a gaming chair this year. If i could give this company less than 1 start, i would.

Not what I ordered

I'm not sure if the warehouse messed up or what happened but I bought this item in the gray white variety on sale and I received a chair that is just white. I bought it on sale and it was sold out shorty after. I can't return the chair to buy the correct one or I have to pay and arm and a leg to get the correct color one. I'm just disappointed. Why would you show that it is one color and then ship another one. Feels like false advertising and while I like the quality of the chair the misleading advertising leads me to not recommend this one in particular to anyone. I'll try and include pictures of what I ordered vs what I got but if it doesn't let me show two pictures I'll just show what I got. Feel free to compare the “gray white” I received to what you see when you click “gray white” on the app or website.

Received wrong item, bought on sale. Stuck with it

They sent me the wrong chair and wouldn't do anything to help.  I ordered the black and white chair and received the cream colored chair.

Don't shop this company!

I ordered a blue gaming chair for my daughter as her Christmas gift.  My order was changed to a white chair. Although the chair itself is nice, an email notification would have been nice stating the color I selected was out of stock

Not what I selected

So I ordered a GTRACING gaming chair for my son for Christmas. I assumed it was right, went to put it together Christmas Eve only to find out it's not at all what I ordered. I ordered the black and white one and this is what arrived. Not even the right brand. This is a gtplayer brand playing chair.

Not at all what I ordered.

I purchased this as a Christmas present and it did come on time, correct color, everything was good at first. The chair wasn't assembled until January 2nd, and my boyfriend was complaining about it getting more loose and loose. The chair is in two pieces now and it hasn't been used that long….
