How to reset the timer lock?

When you find you can not operate the time lock or the LCD does not display properly . Please follow this way to rest timer:

  1. Press the middle of LCD screen to make the protective film peel off and tear the film off you will find a hold under a screw in the left of screen.
  2. Find a metal pin or metal clip and insert it into the hole to the end and carry it out.
  3. If you hear a“bi”sound(in sound mode),the LCD will display properly.The time lock successful reset.
  4. Please stick the protective film back.

Lock was used about 4 times in the month I had it before it became unusable. Worked great twice, the third time the shackle didn't unlatch after the timer ran out but I was able to reset it by setting a one minute time again after which it did unlatch. Then on trying to set it up for the fourth use the display failed and became illegible.Update 1Watch the Lockpicking video for this product if the display fails, the hidden reset button resets the display andallows continued use. It may defeat the point if you need to know how to override the product to make it work again, depending on how you intend to use it.Update 2Lock has gone full crazy, reset does not work as intended now. The hour and lock/reset buttons do nothing but screech, the minutes button does nothing at all. If left alone with the display on the device counts up by the second with no input and does not stop until the display goes full dead or it is forcibly restarted again with the reset button under the display facade. Had to cut the cable since it was not taking any inputs at all that would allow it to be unlocked.
