This works great for what I purchased it for - a delivery system for my K1 Max.
I already have a dehydrator for my filament that doubles as a normal dehydrator for my great tasting Washington Apples, but what I didn't have was a great way to provide the filament to the K1 Max, they have a spool that attaches to the back of the printer, you can't see the filament. This nice case keeps it at the proper temperature and works good to deliver to the printer. There are rollers inside that work great allowing the spool to feed evenly. I did have to drill a small hole in the back just like the one in the front, but they have extra plastic grommets that come with the device and I used one of those to protect the filament. so SunLU in my opinion should get with Creality and make a one of these they can market together. I am not sure how good it works for just drying out your filament, doing them one at a time would be slow in my opinion but sure works good for what I am using it for.

I purchased a new BIQU B1 printer and Hatchbox black PLA. I left the reel on rollers (exposed to ambient conditions) for about a week as I was printing out a lot of parts. In the beginning, I had no problems and I was getting great prints. As the days went by, I started seeing some minor warping in the corners. I adjusted temperatures, but couldn't completely get rid of the problem. The warping continued to get worse. In addition, I lost the ability to control adhesion. Finally, I couldn't print anything. I decided to try drying out my PLA, but wasn't comfortable using my "oven" because I don't trust the temperature control. Thus I ordered the Sunlu Filament Dehydrator. It has several features I like. The built in rollers handle a 1Kg reel of filament great. You can continue dehydrating as you print by using the small holes in the cover. Sunlu includes teflon tubing to protect the cover plastic. The UI is limited, but easy to use. You can set a timer to run the unit for a number of hours. I had to dry my PLA for 12-18 hours the first time to eliminate the hygroscopic effects. Once I did this, I was back to where I began when I opened the PLA from its sealed bag. I also made some other adjustments. I have a space heater in the room where my printer is and I use it to help regulate the ambient temperature to help prevent warping (I also keep the door closed to avoid any air currents). I adjusted the temperature setting settings and airflow for the initial layers as well. All of these adjustments helped eliminate warping, and I'm also getting good adhesion again. I believe the Sunlu Filament Dehydrator was absolutely key in regaining control of my printing process.

This unit is sleek looking and has a very easy to use display. Set the temperature and walk away. It’s that easy.
I’ve made it a point to dry the filament for a full 6 hour cycle before using it, then keeping the dryer on while printing to avoids moisture issues on long prints.
There are two holes for the filament to come out of, depending on what your needs are and the filament spool just rides on two rods on the inside of the unit, so you just drop it in and feed the filament through one of the holes and it’s ready to go.
I’m planning on purchasing a few more of these for my multiple printers and so I can have filament drying prior to loading up in the printer.
