Cover shows wear along the edges with a rear on the lower right-hand corner and some scuffing (PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO OF THIS BOOK THAT I POSTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE) there is a creased corner on the back cover. Spine is creased. There appears to be a phone number on the Title page and some notes on the back End Sheet. Text is clean and unmarked but tanned.
