LOVE THIS BOOK. So much, I have bought a bunch of extra copies and give them out. The writings speak of a simple message- one that we have all heard before. We know all these things we need to do to be happy. But this book makes the message resonate in a unique way- a strong change making way. Read the book- it just might change something about your life.

A friend told me I should read this book, I am glad I did. For the first time in my life at 48 I was alone. I had to find happiness within myself without depending on others for the happiness. I see life in a whole new way. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is taking a journey to find happiness and peace being alone with themselves.

I love this book. It teaches great life lessons and great outlooks. I think it can be applied to many aspects of life. I studied Medical Anthropology and was fascinated with the Native American methods of living in way that prevents the need for most modern medicines. This book helps with the understanding of attitude and acceptance, and how that impacts your life.
