Love, Lust & Liam (Wyatt Brothers, Book 2) Paperback – August 17, 2015

4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 4,531 ratings

My name is Liam Wyatt, and my brother, Oliver and I are the founders and owners of Wyatt Enterprises. He found love and I was still trying. After dating a countless number of women throughout the years, I was ready to have a real relationship with the possibility of settling down. I could have any woman I wanted. So what’s the problem you ask? I didn’t want just any woman. I wanted the one. Unfortunately, I still hadn’t found her until Avery Lewis walked into my life and turned my world upside down. She was everything I wanted in a woman all wrapped up in a beautiful and breathtaking package. The problem was she didn’t want a relationship. She had built a wall around her and I was going to do everything I could to break through that wall and make her a permanent part of my life. My name is Avery Lewis and I moved to New York when I landed a job at Finley, Muir & Abernathy, one of the most influential law firms in the country. I moved from Danbury, Connecticut when an office romance went bad and I wanted to start my life over, focusing on my career and my career only. Men were off limits. A girl could only take so much heartbreak in a lifetime. Then Liam Wyatt walked into my life and turned my world upside down. He was a man who could have any woman in the world, but yet he wanted me. Sexy, smart, and genuinely a nice guy wasn’t enough for me to let my half glass/half stone wall I built around me down. The problem was that I was falling for him on such a deep level that it scared me. Between my past and my daddy issues, the poor guy didn’t stand a chance. He was determined to make me a part of his life and I was determined to run.

Now it’s Liam’s turn. You don’t have to read about Oliver first, but I would highly recommend you do.

Liam is looking for The One, and now that Oliver has found his forever, Liam finds himself jealous and wants that also.

Avery has been burned so many times throughout her life and the last thing she wants is a relationship.

Soon, Liam and Avery meet and they have an instant connection. As time goes by, Liam is in love but Avery wants nothing to do with the L word. Or does she?

Very good read. I’ve been hoping for Liam to find love since the beginning of Oliver’s book. Both books are fun, entertaining and full of steam.

Liam is such a sweetheart. He's ready to find the One. He finds the One but comes to realize she's more like his brother Oliver and worse. Their journey to an HEA is emotional but so worth it.

Best book ever!! Omg.... All the feels!! I cried reading this book. Just because it all made me so happy! I didn't want it to end. But.. not fair of me to give the ending away.

Sandi Lynn does it again. I love how she brought in characters from previous reads. Liam and Oliver's story I loved equally, just phenomenal. Such a great concept, Avery's connection to Sophie. I absolutely love how Sandi gave us so much of Delilah, Oliver and Sophie in Liam's story, it's what I always wish for in a series, the need to know more of the first couple I fell in love with. Yes, it's a sexy read and yes, Liam and Avery are characterized as gorgeous, too. I won't write any spoilers just that there's a HEA, great, sweet hero and a strong heroine, flawed but strong and very independent. I can't wait for Sandi's next read. Sandi touches some subjects that everyone can be comfortable with through her wording, whether you agree or not with a life style, she has a way of making you compassionate toward it. Bravo Sandi!!!

I am still in love with Sandi Lynn! This was another great book by this author and I cannot wait to read more. Liam and Avery were adorable together and I loved their interactions together especially the very first time they meet. Avery has such quick wit and Liam is a worthy opponent. Liam's pursuit of Avery was so well done and I loved Liam's brother, Oliver's, involvement. As always the love scenes are nice and steamy (in true Sandi Lynn form)! There was the perfect amount of angst and drama without it being overdone. I don't want to say too much and give anything away but overall this was another great book by this author and I highly recommend it. It can certainly be read as a standalone but if you like it definitely go back and read Oliver's story because his is just as wonderful!

Amazing storyline. Liam Wyatt, has been looking for the right girl to settle down with. Liam wanted pure love, someone to want him for him and not all the trappings his life offered. While at the gym he found her and he never realized how much work he was in for, until he tried to talk to her and another young lady approached him wanting to know why he never called her back, as he tried to let her down easily, gym girl, took an instant dislike to Liam, thinking he just lead women astray for his own sexual gratification.
Avery Lewis, was a young rising Lawyer, who had her career in the palm of her hands, but her personal and love life had fallen apart years ago. Growing up Avery, always went for the wrong kinds of guys, if he hinted at loving or liking her she was all inn, until she ended up in a relationship with a co worker, who wanted a relationship and then cheated on her with the excuse of I never said we were exclusive...after that Avery built a wall up around herself, not to be penetrated by another man again. Will Liam be able to break those walls down? Will Avery, give love a try again?

I’m obsess with the character in this book!
I loved Avery the second she did a frustrated dance and stomped her foot on the ground like a kid after hearing that her moving boxes won’t be delivered when they were supposed to be😭
I couldn’t wait to read Liam’s book, because I love his character so much. He’s so carefree and easy going, and it’s refreshing. I wish there could be a 3rd book that can continue Avery and Liam’s story, I love them together.
This book was funny and really cute and it’s a “fate at its finest” type of story this is definitely a book I would recommend!

I loved Liam and Avery’s story and was sad when it ended. Liam broke through every wall that Avery built so she can’t get hurt again but in the end she couldn’t let Liam go. I highly recommend this book

Omg I just fell head over heels in love with Liam Wyatt so different from what his brother oliver was Liam has a soft romantic side and with all his buddies being married off he has decided it's time to kick the man whore habit and the one that ticks all the boxes.
In this book we see a little of our old favourite millionaires as Liam takes a break in California and we also see a little of the Black family.
Again Sandi Lynn has written perfection on a page with lots of highs and lows and you guessed it you will need a few tissues. Awesome read well recommend

Book 1 was so much better. Sadly Liam’s story lacked any real substance. Lots of fluff and stuff but no solid storyline. Seemed like a role reversal story of Oliver’s life Book 1 and Delilah’s. Also so much repetition of sexual interaction between Liam and Delilah, just too much.

I love Sandi Lynn and have purchased all of her books, but I must say that I was slightly disappointed with the way that this book ended. I honestly thought that there was something wrong with my Kindle as the book ended suddenly!

Having said that, I am sure that there is a 3rd book in the Wyatt Brothers series and I will look forward to reading it when it comes out.
