This eight week course is designed to provide you with tools to help you overcome vaginismus.

The course includes:

  • Vaginismus: What Is It and How Is Severity Graded
  • Up to Date Information on the Latest Research Findings
  • An Overview of Vulvar and Vaginal Anatomy
  • An Overview of Sexual Function
  • An Overview of Treatments and Specialists 

Each week, you will gain access to new modules covering:

  • Active Yoga for pelvic floor relaxation
  • Yin Yoga for pelvic floor relaxation
  • Pelvic Floor Down-Training using your breath
  • Mind & Meditation exercises to help with the emotional/psychological aspects
  • Supported Dilation (optional)
  • Self Pleasure and Pleasure With Partner (optional)
