Our feminine products are made without fragrances or deodorants and are processed chlorine-free. These hypoallergenic fragrance-free menstrual pads are gynecologist tested and made for your most sensitive skin. On average, a woman will use 16,000 tampons or pads over the course of a lifetime. You read that right – that's 16,000 intimate encounters with your most sensitive area, so knowing what's inside those products is a big deal. For over ten years, we've been making comfortable and reliable feminine hygiene products and voluntarily disclosing the ingredients we use to make them. Directions

Do Not Flush! Used pads, pantiliners, and tampons can damage sewage and septic systems. Wrap and throw into garbage.

Good chlorine-free pads. Not quite as comfortable as they could be and the "wings" adhesion is subpar. Dimensions are approximately 9 inches long by 3 inches wide not including the wings or 6 inches wide including wings, see photos.

I love how absorbant these pads are. I love they are made with non toxic cotton. The process is also non toxic. Some may wonder why I've stated these specifics. Think about it. We females must use some sort of hygienic products during your time off the month. Add up how many days in a lifetime you'll have to put something bw your legs during menstruation. This will get wet (bldy) n remain there for duration. It only makes sense to purchase n use non toxic products. Your body will naturally absorb chemicals, dyes, fragrances, n anything else put there while growing, processing, producing, n your body will asorbe it.

These are great pads, not the expensive cotton ones but just as comfortable and eco-friendly (I think). I bought the smaller packs to try before buying the 36 piece big pack to save more per pad. However... the first pad I opened, an ant was climbing inside!!!

Given a period emergency (mine is not very accurate) I panicked and looked at the rest of the pads. The rest seems fine, I was relieved there’s not a colony inside at least. I live in an apartment and have not found a single ant in my home since moving in, so the possibility is 0 that the ant climbed inside the pouches from my hand (at lightning speed) while i opened it. I wondered if its from the packaging facility, which would be very concerning. But I think most likely, it’s from the warehouse or the trucks while transporting. After looking at the packaging inside out, the branded exterior bag has a few punch holes on them for venting (probably so they can pack many bags tightly in a box without popping them open), and the pouches for individual pads are only sealed lightly on turn edge and in the middle of the opening, leaving room for the ant to climb in easily.

An ant is definitely the better ones of bug surprise appearance. But it makes me wonder if the ant has been on all the pads... I still used the rest of them so they don’t go to waste, but I don’t know if I’ll buy this without seeing the exterior package completely sealed again. I believe all the traditional paper box ones (I mostly bought Natracare & Organyx before) have a sealed plastic bag covering all the pouches.

I am so far very happy with this product.
My flow is not heavy this month (usually it is), so I have not had a chance to know how heavy a flow they handle, but they have caused no allergic reaction, they smell like wood, I like that they even smell natural.
The other natural pads I was using did not handle my heavy flow well, I suspect these will not either. For me this just means changing it a lot more often, which can get expensive with the cost of the product.

These are really thin, I don’t even feel that I am wearing one.

I will be buying these again.

I have also ordered the panty liners, which I haven’t had a chance to try yet.
I plan to order the night time pads to see if they can handle a heavier flow.

I bought these pads exclusively when I lived in the USA, but could not find them when I moved to Canada. I checked Amazon.ca again for them after several months with no luck and was excited to see them available at a competitive price!
These Seventh Generation pads are the softest on the market - they really feel like cotton to the touch. These might not work well for people with a heavier flow (though I believe there is a heavy flow option available now), but for a light to moderate flow, these are amazing and so comfortable.

The absorency was good enough, the material quality was actually better than the "Allways" I usually use, so other than the fact they are pricier, I don't see any downside to this product.
