I really enjoy Sylvia Browne's way of thinking however its hard to get into her books because its repetitive. I skipped over a lot of it because its things I've read before. Although the nice thing about her books, if you are just getting into her books you haven't missed out on much of the other ones. Best advice is buy the Three series. God tools, Soul Perfection and Nature vs Evil. Three best books ever written and the only books you may ever need to read.

As is her style, Sylvia has, once again, given us an easy to read, easy to understand witty, simplistic look at life presented in her typical matter-of-fact/take-it-or-leave-it approach. This read pertains to life, our families, getting through the holidays and, particularly, getting through life with our families during the holidays!
If you are in need of inspiration and encouragement for the holidays, whether you have suffered the loss of a loved one or simply suffer due to family relationships that perpetually give you heartburn, this book is a 'must read.' However, if you have the time and have not read them, I would highly recommend first winding your way through two of Sylvia's prior books -- specifically, "Adventures of a Psychic, The Other Side and Back," as well as "Life on The Other Side." There are numerous references in this current book to topics addressed in these two prior publications. To avoid replication, she does not go into great detail, but merely refers the reader to these books with the assumption that they have been read. I found this a little frustrating because I needed to refresh my memory, but I also appreciated that she presented fresh material in the new book and did not bog it down with topics she had already covered.
The book is 190 pages long. It addresses subjects, such as grief, life's purpose, forgiveness, guilt, relationships, and joy. As is the case with all of Sylvia's books, I could not put it down once I had started and finished reading it in a little over 24 hours from the time it arrived on my doorstep. It also gave me the desire to go back and re-read the two books I referenced. If you already have the books, keep them close by to refresh your memory. If you don't have the other two books, I would highly recommend you place an order for all three. You won't regret it, and you will have them all read in under a week. You cannot put them down once you get started.

I'm a huge fan of Sylvia and her books and this is one of her best. It doesn't contain any channelled information from her spirit guides, it is just Sylvia's perspective on how to survive life informed by her decades of working as a high level psychic. She has passed now and although like all psychics she didn't get everything right I think there is a lot of truth in her work. She was an inspiration to millions and wrote from the wisdom of her soul and I would recommend her work to anyone who is struggling to cope with life.
