This addresses all of those issues and more. Lightweight, easy to assemble with a touch of patience, it works perfectly. We grilled salmon filets, eggplant, and put some squash slices in a mini wok on it. They all cooked perfectly, the salmon skin was tremendous. Followed the advice of others and never used the "high" setting, it wasn't needed despite being in a very windy and cool setting. Wheels make it easy to move around. The grease trap will fall out so I just put it in the grille when I close and lock the lid. I bought a stainless steel grille scrubber too, also put in there for storage. Cleaned right up after use, using the stainless steel scrubber while the grille was still warm.
We can't wait to use it again. Seriously, give them your money.
All in all, I love it. It fits in the back of my Juke and is easy to clean.
The overall size of the grill is great, as is the ability to collapse it and wheel it around. The finish on the grill surface seems to be fairly durable after a few uses, and definitely cleans up easily. As others have mentions, it does cook a little quickly, I believe this is a combination of factors, mainly how low you can adjust the flame and how close the grilling surface is to the flame. With a little practice, I think you can accommodate it. I've cooked steaks and burgers, and both are doable if you keep a close eye on your food.
Overall, a great little grill for occasional use, or possible regular use.
Edit: 7/12/18 - The grill has been used exactly 6 times in the year I’ve had it. Each times it’s been used, I cleaned the grate off with a grill brush. However, the nonstick grate is no longer nonstick. Hamburgers have to be scraped off and there’s good sized chunks of meat left.

Cons: too low, can’t quickly disconnect from legs.
I use it for camping or tailgating. It folds/unfolds very easily. My only gripe is that you have to be careful wheeling it around when it's folded up; if you put it on too much of an angle the BBQ drops down. A bunjee cord should solve this problem.
