Tools Included:

Tangle-Free Turbine Tool

The only turbine tool that doesn’t tangle. Counter-rotating heads with brushes remove pet hair from carpets and upholstery. The heads are positioned so that the brushes reach to the front and sides of the tool – drawing hair and dirt in from all directions. The articulating base plate ensures that the brushes remain in constant contact with a surface.

Up Top Tool

Twists into different positions and angles for easy high-reach cleaning. Gently removes dust and allergens- fine nylon bristles gently remove dust from areas that would be awkward to clean with the soft dusting brush. Felt strip protects delicate surfaces.

Soft Dusting Brush

Soft bristles gently remove dust and allergens from flat surfaces and furniture. Vacuum-assisted dusting around the home. A felt strip protects delicate surfaces. Distributes suction power evenly.

Reach Under Tool

Extends, bends and twists to remove dust and allergens from awkward spaces. Includes nylon brush head for larger debris. Inlets across the tool head help to prevent larger debris from restricting suction. Paddle head design has a low provide for accessing tight spaces. The flexible rubber extension hose bends around obstructions.

Stiff Bristle Brush

With stiff bristles for removing mud and dried-in dirt. Bristles agitate carpet pile to dislodge stubborn and ground-in dirt. The bristles are angled to create a flicking action as they work through carpet pile- popping up dirt into the airflow, where it is sucked away. Engineered to be easier to push. Tough and durable- made from polypropylene for strength.

2-in-1 Combination Tool + Stair Tool

The combination tool offers smooth bristles with a powerful crevice tool that is perfect for cleaning in any setting. The Stair Tool has velour strips to pick up hairs, an agitating edge to lift carpet pile, and airflow bleed holes to stop the tool sticking to upholstery.

Mattress Tool

Removes dirt and allergens from mattresses and upholstery. Lint pickers on the front and back edges gather, ball and release fibers into the airflow, where they are sucked away. It is engineered to be easier to push and it distributes suction power evenly across the tool.

Customers are mixed about the value of the vacuum cleaner. Some mention that it's worth the price, and is an excellent investment. However, others say that it is really expensive, and not worth $500. I absolutely fricken love this vacuum! When it arrived I vacuummed - and eventhough the carpets was vacuumed the day before with a Bosch canister - the amount of dust and fur (I have three cats) the Dyson sucked up....I was TOTALLY grossed out. I sat on the floor for 15 minutes just staring at the dirt. This machine is so easy to take apart and clean, it is used every other day and it still mantains it suction. Yes the small parts are not as convenient to use as a canister; but this is not important to me compared to the amount of dirt that this baby sucks up! It is money well spent!Update: two months shy of one year and the Dyson is still going strong. I do have a beef with the hose still - because of the hard plastic tube the coil hose is not as maneuverable as other vacuums. But bar none it sucks the most dirt of all the vaccums that I had used in the past. I changed the long filter twice and the round filter once no took the brush head apart a coupe of time to clean and pull the hair out. I just love to see all the dirt being sucked up!!! Today I took the bag of Zorb powder out and tried it. A little miffed though of the vague instructions on the usage. "Grooming" the powder in the carpet?! Eh!? A search on the Internet and few horrible videos afterwards I found it is an actual attachment that is used to work the semi-wet powder into the carpet before waiting 30 minutes to vacuum - a tool that is not included in the attachments! So why bother giving me a bag of the Zorb if I don't have that tool? Some innovation required - I ended up using my feet in slippers and stomping and rubbing the powder in. Great workout! I opened the bag - it's in one of those useless ziplock bags that never shuts properly and wow the scent just hit me! To me it smelled like lemon tea! Yum! And spread it across the carpet and then stomped and rubbed the powder in. Immediately I saw some fibers or fur (I have three cats that loves to roll and play on the carpet) and it got me more motivated to grind the powder in and make it absorb and dirt and stuff. Waited 30 minutes and vacuumed. And yup....tons of fur, nice round balls of it, came out. To make sure the machine sucked everything, I waited another 30 minutes and vacuumed again. I will happily roll around the carpet with the kitties now.
