Nice lights meant for 90 day temporary use
It's important to know that these lights have a tag on them that says "For temporary (90 days max) installation and use only." I turn them on every night and they lasted me 15 months, however. After that, they just suddenly go out. Three extra bulbs are included, but that doesn't help because many seem to go bad all at once. Positives are they are a nice shade of orange and have a black cord.

I purchased these for the fall season (August-Nov) and they are still holding up! 1 or 2 bulbs have gone out, but nothing noticeable when looking at it at a whole.

Color is very saturated, I'm pleased, and hope this brand makes more colors for future holidays!

I just received and tested 4 boxes of these lights today for my Halloween tree. Every bulb lit and I was very impressed with the warm orange light which they gave off , much better than pictured, especially if Halloween is your thing. I’m talking Halloween pumpkin orange. Now I have to buy more to light up my loft. If your into a bright , but warm orange (not yellow)lights than you can string multiple sets to , this is it. Bring on Halloween! I recommend!. Never thought I couldn’t wait for summer to end!

Don’t bother buying this brand. We had these lights on our son’s Halloween tree for two weeks and the bottom 1/2 of the strand has blown out already.
UPDATE: We contacted the seller with our complaint and a refund was promptly issued. Great seller - not so great light.

I picked these up for the sole purpose of doing a little effects project. As a youtuber creatively demonstrates--by encasing these in spray foam window/door insulation you can create an amazingly lifelike burning coals effect. Done properly, it's a pretty cool element to add to your fireplace when no real fires are possible.
There are manufacturer's selling very similar items for a couple of hundred bucks so this is fun and very effective way to do-it-yourself with great results...just add a little paint, lava rocks, twigs and it looks amazing.
HOWEVER, what I soon discovered was that these lights get really hot. I'm talking burn to the touch hot. Encase these very hot lights in a flammable substance like the aforementioned foam and you have a possible recipe for disaster. I quickly switched to a LED approach (no heat) and got the exact effect I was after...and more options via the LED light remote.
TL:DR, careful, these lights get super hot.
