Love these. True true true on the all u have to do is rinse and it'll be clean. Nothing sticks but it does state to use a little oil or butter, and all u need is a little. It also states dishwasher safe, but I choose not to put these babies in dishwasher due to I had a experience R.Ray set and it was dishwasher safe and it started to fade the black/non stick coating. This Gotham set is amazing just a soap and water is all u need . I always use a sponge but it is not necessary. All I can say is just make sure u use a small dab of butter or oil in pan. Best set ever.

I also know you do not need to cook on a high heat, medium to low works great. Everything just slides off. Also great easy clean up.

A few months in and I like these pots/pans so far.

They aren't quite as nonstick as the commercials would lead you to believe, but as long as you take care of them, they are much much easier to use/clean than standard cookware. I noticed eggs seem a bit strange on it, it's a little sticky, but not really. It doesn't slide off, but it's very easy to remove and clean.

Basically, follow this don't do list:

1. Don't raise the heat past low unless you're boiling water
2. Don't use oil
3. Don't try to clean with scratchy surfaces. I made the mistake of using the rough side of a sponge on one spot and I noticed immediately the coating they use was coming off. That one spot of the pan sticks more than the other spots now.
4. They say you can use metal utensils, but I wouldn't.

I love this cookware! I saw reviews and agree with the one I read that stated if you take proper care per the instructions, you'll love this cookware too! I would say if people aren't happy with theirs, because of warping, or bubbling, it's more than likely because they didn't follow the care guide. It's simple: don't use on high heat. I'd buy this cookware again!

These are super awesome! Nothing sticks to them and they clean up super easy!! Only 2 down falls, I wish the frying pan was a lot bigger. And I burnt bacon in one of the frying pans and even after a few washes the pan still smells a bit, can't see any marks or stains from the bacon so it washed well. However the smell is still there, not overly bad more a faint smell. Other then those 2 things these pots and pans are awesome!!
