What manner of witchcraft is this?
We moved into our house a couple years ago and the shower has white subway tile with white grout. Unfortunately, the grout was an orange color, presumably from the rusty old pipes. Tried several products to remove the orange to no avail, so we decided to use grout paint and sealer. Huge mistake. Very shortly thereafter it began to turn black. After several more products, I was beginning to resign myself to the idea that we were going to have to regrout. As a last ditch effort I ordered this product. Within seconds the black started turning gray. Because of the strong smell, I left the bathroom only to return 30 minutes later to a white shower! Zero scrubbing. Buy it.

We used this in our bathroom that is not up to code and vents to the attic. It is hard to get moisture out of the bathroom and there is no window to open. The small mold spots that we have gotten on the ceiling in the past have been taken care of by X14. I would recommend to anyone!!
