I have found that I needed to tighten the chain a little more often than a standard chainsaw, for some reason, but definitely not a big deal. I also had to tweak the small screw that adjusts how much oil comes out on the chain a bit, as the chain seemed pretty dry.
I would recommend this to anyone who has standard yard maintenance to do - the plastic side probably wouldn't hold up very well to commercial use. I have used this a lot though and it still looks fairly new, very impressed!

This came with an end cap that has a hoop to hang nicely in my shed, just like the Husqvarna hedge trimmers that I have.
At this price, I recieved a much better item than I was expecting. Very high quality product, I definitely recommend this for any home owner looking to trim up their yard full of trees!
Pros:
Came assembled
Came with oil
Came with end cap for hanging
Very sharp blade, lasted about 6 hours of cutting with no sign of dulling
Cons: Will post update when I find one
Actually replaced the power unit several times - motors flat wore out and are cheap enough that they're not worth the repair cost - and the pole saw, like Timex, "takes a licking and keeps on ticking."
Buy extra chains, you will use them.
There is a little guide on the bottom that you will press up against a tree and then cut.
I don't know what problems people have with it but I did my backyard trees up to 4 inches thick.
I did put oil on the chain first manually and then let it fed automatically. Well worth the money and if I had a buy another one I surely would
