Customers like the quality of the flat screen display mount. They say the construction and materials are great, and it's sturdy enough to hold their TV. The mounting bracket is very heavy-duty, and has a leveling bubble on the bracket. The metal coating looks very durable and soft to the touch. The toggle bolts are very likely strong enough for that job, and help secure it close to the wall.
"Extremely easy to swivel, but it's also very sturdy and reassures you how safe it is with the built-in leveler...." Read more

Customers like the mounting of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it has a fair range of motion, it's easy to mount to the wall, and it has everything you need to mount it almost anywhere. The mount is well made and has excellent fit and finish. The bolts included are perfect for drywall mounts, and the mount was installed perfectly level. However, some customers feel the hardware that comes with it is cheap.

Customers like the maneuverability of the flat screen display mount. They mention that it swivels easily, moves side to side, and pivots well enough. Customers are mixed about the fit of the flat screen display mount. Some mention it's perfect for their 32 inch TV, while others say that it'll not fit Sony's Bravia series. The mount is small enough and folds away so it''s not an eyesore or hazard. However, some customers also mention that the holes are too small to fit an HDMI, DVI, or monitor power cord through.
"...It's too small to fit an HDMI, DVI or monitor power cord through the holes on either end, and the opening in the "C" portion is barely big enough..." Read more

Customers are mixed about the adjustability of the flat screen display mount. Some mention that it's easy to adjust for level and angle, while others say that it isn't functional for a somewhat heavier TV, is labor intensive, and difficult to readjust tilt forward or back.
"...The mount can be rotated nearly flush to the wall (part of the arm will be exposed) when not in use, and extended out...." Read more
"...Also keep in mind there is no way to adjust angles with this type of mount...." Read more
"...I like it that it tilts enough up and down, extends in and out which gives it room enough to rotate left and right a good amount.. Seems sturdy..." Read more

I think a lot of people don't realize how badly they need a swivel mount until they get one. It's practically impossible to ever change your HDMI, audio, or Roku/Streaming devices. After ten years of having one of the older ones that isn't this, we're painstakingly pulling it off the wall and throwing it in the trash after assembling 2 of these already. A third one (the 32-to-80-inch) is on the way.
We had the "top seller" one to save a few bucks but that doesn't have motion. It's awful. You need a specific screwdriver to swap out a new television (or repair it), it's burdensome, and you can't reach any of the HDMI or ports. You're also terrified if your wall is going to fall off. You're going to be swearing up and down with your phone's flashlight trying to figure out where the hell any of the parts are in a half inch of space. Seriously, at least 100 times of trying to get back there and using every colorful word I could imagine with those non-swivel things.
This one has extremely fluid motion, but stays still. The TV only moves when you want it to move, and stays perfectly still when you leave it alone for 15 months.
Assembly is always scary at first for every wall mount (you're drilling holes into your building's structure for a 100lb television to not crack anything), but this is easily the cleanest install. After owning the other one for 2 years, I had forgotten how to do it again. But it was hanging up within the hour. If you're a first-time wall mount installer, read every direction extremely carefully. I think a lot of the 1-stars here got a little too gungho and just started drilling without actually mapping where it was going to go and how much space they needed.
It installed easily to the back of our new flat screen (MAKE CERTAIN TO VERIFY THE VESA MEASUREMENT WILL FIT YOUR TV. Most will but there are a few that are not compatible.) It was also easy to mount to the wall with retrofitting backing as with RVs, there may not be a solid backing but this is not the fault of this mount. Again, we built out using a solid piece of compressed board, and it worked like a charm!
The mount connected to the TV needs little space in which to attach to the mount on the wall - Only about 1.5 inches. The locking mechanism seems to work well ... We couldn't get the latching system to detach even though we tried, until we disengaged using the string which dangles down to the bottom, and which allows us easy access, again a space saver.
While there are other close mount systems available that are attractive as well - one with a locking mechanism that rests on the top of the bar which would require more space to allow you to get your hand/arm access - most require a good deal of space just to attach the TV to the wall piece. This IS the only unit that allowed the largest TV available because we didn't have to give up valuable space.
We are so impressed that we have just received a second one to use to attach a unit in the bedroom.
You will not be disappointed with this purchase.
I was originally frustrated with this wall mount, but realized my frustrations were misplaced. We live in an older home, with a listed build date of 1900. The spacing between the studs is not your standing spacing for some of our walls, and this wall mount only really lets you mount into studs that are 16" apart. With that said, this mount DOES include hardware for mounting into drywall, but the hardware included for this is why I can't give this mount a full 5 stars. The drywall anchors are some of the absolute worst I have ever used. They pretty much just rip drywall apart. Since I could only bolt one side of this wall mount into a stud, and the other side needed to be drilled into drywall, all it accomplished was some good size holes in the wall and I certainly was NOT going to trust my 65" TV with this mount set up this way.
FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO MOUNT THIS THROUGH DRYWALL OR ANY OTHER HOLLOW WALL:
*** First off: If you aren't aware of them, look up Snaptoggle Toggle Bolts on Amazon. I had to do some research to figure out how the heck I was going to mount my new TV without having to make more useless holes in my wall. What I found was toggle bolts, specifically the "snaptoggle" kind. I am not a marketer or employer of their company at all! I simply think the design of these bolts is genius and I truly wish I knew about them a long time ago! Look them up and get a box of them for relatively cheap on Amazon. I got the 1/4" bolts and they are working amazingly well!
Just a note: Absolutely, if at all possible, be sure to have at least one side of your TV's wall mount bolted into a stud! While I am putting a lot of trust into the toggle bolts, I am still very new to the product and would hate to have someone take my advice and use these bolts on ALL four corners of their wall mount only to have something happen to their TV. I think the toggle bolts are very likely strong enough for that job, but bolting into a stud is a guarantee that you'll have the strength at least on that particular side of the wall mount. Let the stud HELP the toggle bolts support your TV. Don't rely on toggle bolts themselves unless YOU are absolutely confident they'll hold your TV and wall mount.

Good product fir a good price!
