I did many double-takes when I saw this machine had included the i9-9900K chip AND an RTX2070 (MSI). These components alone are worth $1000! After factoring in prices for the 16GB DDR4 2600 RAM (ADATA), the ASRock Phantom 4-IB (IBuyPower's exclusive version of the Phantom 4), power supply and case, it was definitely clear I'd be saving money by purchasing this pre-built system instead of buying the components to build my own.
Not only would I be saving money, but saving myself from the potentially stressful experience of building it. 3 days after ordering it, my $1599 system arrived well-packed with instructions to get up and running taped to the tempered glass side panel. For most people, all that is required is to remove the foam protection from inside the PC.
Once the machine was hooked up and powered on, the pre-installed Windows 10 Home edition would not boot, giving me some strange error telling me the system powered off unexpectedly and to reboot and try again. I recognized this as a software issue and simply used a USB stick to reinstall Windows 10 Home. Once the OS install was complete, I was delighted to see the system working as expected. Even the Windows 10 license that is built into the machine had activated--everything was good to go.
Looking inside the machine, I see a degree of cable management I simply never had the patience to do. The only really visible cable was the PCI-E 6 pin power connector for the video card. There's not much one can do about that to begin with--so I was extremely impressed with the immaculate looking wiring job. If I had built this PC, I would not have the patience to hide all these cables away out of site--it's just too much work!
Performance-wise, the i9-9900K/RTX 2070 is an extremely potent combination. I own all the latest AAA games, including all the ray-tracing supported titles, and I've yet to find a game that I can't run comfortably with my GSYNC-Compatible monitor (ASUS MG278Q Freesync display). Everything runs on max settings at 1440p. Although frame-rates on these settings could dip as low as 41 FPS--GSYNC ensures my gameplay will be smooth as silk. Even if I didn't have a GSYNC-compatible monitor, I'd consider this level of performance to be high-end.
One thing that bothered me with this system was the RAM speed. 2600 mhz RAM is very slow compared to the latest offerings. Since I have so many PC components laying around, I took a pair of Corsair 8GB DDR4 3466mhz CL15 sticks and replaced the included ADATA modules. The performance improvement was notable--and I do consider this the weakest part of this pre-built system.
The design behind the Z370 chipset and i9-9900K CPU is to allow the CPU to overclock itself automatically based on core voltages. This is to say this machine's CPU is overclocked by default (which is again, by Intel's design.) This doesn't stop me from increasing the power limit of the CPU, allowing the CPU to overclock itself even higher. My system overclocks to 5.1ghz under load with the included IBuyPower AIO cooler (which I find is better performing than the Corsair H60 AIO.)
I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I'd definitely buy from IBuyPower again. I feel as if I saved money by having someone else do all of the tedious work of wiring up the components (the exact reason is likely attributed to System Integrator's (IBuyPower) supply cost and relatively small profit margin.) I can't speak for technical support or warranty, as I have not needed it yet.
I might have given this machine 4 stars for not being able to boot a working operating system out of the box, as I've seen many people complain about this calling the machine "dead on arrival." I have not investigated what causes this, but the fix is easy enough for anybody who's ever installed Windows before--so I give this machine 5 out of 5 stars, because this is the best value in gaming performance I've ever seen.

Had it for 4 months so far and it's working great with excellent performance. The noise of the liquid cooling sloshing around took a little getting used to, but it's fairly quiet and it's the only sound this PC makes.
I didn't save the benchmark scores when I got the PC and benchmarked it, but they were as impressive as I expected given the hardware. The RTX 2070 is MSI brand, and while I'd prefer EVGA or another premium brand, it has so far performed well in demanding games and VR via my Oculus Rift.
The LED light show and real glass side are great eye candy, though I personally don't tend to go for that sort of thing.
Plenty of ports, USB 3 on top and in back, etc. Video out is DisplayPort only, but DP to HDMI adapters are cheap and working fine.
Windows 10 is a bloated piece of spyware crap but I disabled most of the crap and only use it for VR. Gentoo Linux works great on it for everything else and makes it much more responsive and nice. I'm working on getting SteamVR in Linux so I can ditch Win10 entirely.
The keyboard and mouse it came with are nothing special but do the job. iBuyPower is prolific with branding but I'd be proud of this build too.
Considering it all together I give this PC 5 stars out of 5. For the price, this PC is very powerful (I got the i9-9900K CPU) stays cool looks great and is great value.
I'll update this review if anything goes wrong over the next 10 years or so. I will keep it at least that long.
Disappointed the motherboard is not supported by Asrock. No owners manual AT ALL. So no info on the lights and how to control them. No info on drivers and firmware. Price was good but expected more in terms of support.
6/23/19 update: So after installing an SSD in the M2 slot the HD that was installed by iBuyPower is nowhere to be found. Lots of searching on websites NOT related to iBuyPower or Asrock reveals the installation of the SSD cancels out the Sata connection of the HD. NOT GOOD when one can't find the connection. I opened up the other panel of the computer and WHOA! The glass side looks immaculate, Not the other side. It's a rats nest of wires and boards (velcroed to the frame and in one case unattached) CRAMMED in. No way to find anything in this mess without totally pulling it apart. And now the Video board has decided to act up by blanking the screen every 15 seconds for 5 or so seconds. I got it to stop by for now by restarting the computer. I'm starting to have my doubts
I'll call iBuy for help when they open Monday but seriously doubt based on my last conversation with them they can help me with the lost HD. The last tech said he had NO idea where anything was on the motherboard because it's a "custom" board Asrock makes for them and there are no docs for it. ???
6/28/19 The HDMI port has decided to occasionally and sporadically blink on and off! Need to contact support durring banking hours when they work.
9/21/20 since last update, replaced the video card, added RAM. Worked well until a month ago when it started shutting down for no reason. Thought it was the crazy MS Windows update. Nope. The liquid cooler broke. The CPU was overheating. 2months out of warranty so I could send it to them and pay for everything blah blah blah. I put in a Noctua NH D-15. Worked like charm. Wish I had the balls to go into and replace the power supply, which I'm sure will be the next component to shut down, but honest to God, if you saw the rat's nest of cables and wires it would scare away Edison! Really a POS!
