Versatile range of focal lengths
I love this lens because it has a very versatile range of angles which create many opportunities for capturing perspectives that one would not get with other lenses, especially at the wider end of the spectrum. The build and feel of the lens are excellent. The only issue I have with it (and this is most likely due to the fact that it is a zoom lens and not a fixed focal length lens) is that it is not the sharpest. Depending on whether you want to make enlargements or not, it may be an issue especially if you are going to go above 11x14. Overall though, I am quite happy with it and it is one of my all-time favorite lenses because of its range of focal lengths.

5.0 out of 5 stars but well built and fits nicely on my X-T1
Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2015
For a while I was trying to decide which wide angle lens to purchase. The Fujifilm 14mm F2.8 or the Fujion 10-24mm F4.o R OIS. I was afraid the 10-24mm at 10mm might have too much distortion, but after reading some reviews, I decided on the 10-24mm. It also is a little more versatile lens.
It is not a small lens, but well built and fits nicely on my X-T1.
At 10mm I found minimal distortion at the sides of the frame depending on the scene photographed, and only when objects on the side of the frame are closer than the rest of the scene. It is also important how one holds the camera, like pointing the lens up or down.
The sharpness across the frame at F4.0 is very good, and I saw no degrading in the corners or the sides of the frame. I think the Fujion 10-24mm lens is an excellent lens and worth the money

5.0 out of 5 stars Loves me the Fuji zooms
Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2015
I have gone all zoom, all the time with the Fuji X system. The 10-24, 18-55 and 55-200. All fantastic lenses with spectacular sharpness and color. As the system has evolved, the lenses have gotten even better, and that holds true for the 10-24. I was dumbstruck by the quality of the photos I got with this lens on the X-E2 and now on the X-T10. I suppose it could have been faster, but that has not been an issue given the OIS. Plus the lens would have had to have been a lot larger to make it f2.8, for example. As good as the Fuji primes are, their zooms make them unnecessary unless you make your living with the system. For even the keenest of amateurs like me, the Fuji zooms, including this 10-24, will give you all the image quality you can handle, and help keep your kit a manageable size.
