The first night with the sock, I took it off after a couple hours. The pulling on the toes was just too annoying to me to sleep. So I did what another reviewer suggested and bought a .98 pair of flip flops from Walmart. I cut the straps off and inserted the pad. That night was much more comfortable. The pad kept the sock from pulling directly on the toes but still bent my foot the proper way. I wasn't quite able to get to sleep the second night and took it off again. The mesh pattern and flip flop material bothered me. So the next night i placed a sock over the pad and put it back in. That was the trick. It was very comfortable and I was able to sleep all night through. After two days of this, i woke up to no stabbing heel pain. I still feel a dull ache down there but the pain has improved amazingly. I'm confident that I will be fully healed soon. This sock is the best!

I would say that it helps greatly on relieving pressure on the heal when you are sleeping.
I would recommend only wearing it a few hours to get used to it at first instead of going full on 8 hours when you are sleeping, because if you don't, more likely they your toes are going to be sore when you wake up as they're not used to the formation that your toes are in as, it's not the normal formation.
I wanted to note as well that I haven't had any problems with the sock stretching out and the sock falling down over time.
I would highly recommend this product, as it does work.
Pro:
It does stretch my the ligament between my toes and heel.
Adjustable to keep the foot at 90 degrees or higher. I keep my foot slightly higher.
Can still walk to the restroom at night without removing it
Cons:
slides down during the night unless you set the velcro very tight (I try to avoid that since I do not want to cut off my circulation)
The velcro at the top irritates the back of my knee. I roll down the top of the sock to cover the velcro fastener
Overall, I would purchase again. I measured and was at the lower end of the med size. I may try the smaller size to see if that keeps my foot from sliding during the night and having to tighten the velcro.
One note. this is a single sock. I assumed it was a pair. If you have plantar faciitus in both feet, you'll need to order 2 but it is well worth the price.

I found a noticeable difference from the first use. I woke up in the morning feeling like my calves had a decent stretch and there was no/little throbbing in my feet.
Start with reasonably gentle tension and then built is up over the next few nights. Even holding your feet in a neutral position will make a difference.
Finally I had expected these to be difficult to sleep in but so far I’ve had no issues
buono il materiale e la vestibilità
consigliata dall'osteopata
E ancora presto per dire se funziona (mio marito sta usando questa calza da solo 2 gg)
ma il dolore che avvertiva sembra lievemente ridotto
