These Anti Spy Webcam covers are the perfect item for covering up your computer webcam! My husband is very conscious of the possibility of hackers and wanted our webcams covered up when not in use. He went around our house and stuck post-it notes over all of them. This did the job, but was ugly and obtrusive. They are just the right size to cover it up without taking up extra space! They just peel off and stick right over the camera. If you want to use the camera you can just peel it up and stick it off to the side. They do not leave a residue. I love that they come in two different colors so they will blend in depending on your device! My computer webcam is surrounded by black background and my phone is white! Great purchase!

I was expecting this to be way more complicated than it actually is. It's a button about 9mm in diameter, it fits right over the lens of my laptop and phone. It's kept in place by "micro suction cup technology". There is no adhesive, no gooey residue, no magnets, no complicated software! You can take it off, move it, and stick it right back on over the lens and it doesn't lose any sticking/suction power. It's very effective at covering the lens and protecting your privacy. If I want to take a picture on my smartphone, I slide the button away from the lens. When I'm done, I slide the button back over the lens again. No sticky mess! Much better than the duct tape I was considering using :-)

One thing I'd like to mention: The button is about 2mm tall. If your phone doesn't have a case, the button could get dislodged if you put it in a pocket or purse. I noticed that the cover of my laptop doesn't close all the way when the button is over the lens - there's a 2mm gap when I shut it. Since I keep my laptop in a case when I'm not using it, I'm not too worried about excess dirt or moisture getting into it.

The products, keeps my laptop open a tiny bit, not enough for me to complain about if I thought it was worth it. The suggestion that these have some kind of special suction cup type technology that lets you reuse them over and over again is silly. I put mine off and then took it off, and found to put it back on again it didn't want to stick. I finally got it to stick, but I don't believe that this will last. Save your money and go else where for a better solution.

I like the fact that these are small in size (it is difficult to cover iPhone cameras with a big cover), but I dislike that they stick out too far from the phone.

I’ve lost two because caught on something, came off, never to be seen again.

They would benefit from a lower profile and better adhesion.

Well it’s a sticker. Wont stick very long tho. Not for just any phone. Some phones are made differently. It works well for my iphone xs. It covers the camera but not the sensor so i could still use face id. However, not for Samsung Note 8. The sensor is also the camera so i have to manually type the password to open the phone. But it does it job to cover the camera from being spied by a hacker or ___ernment

Received the item today, on time. Sadly the product doesn't not function at all as advertised. The supposed Micro Suction cups are non existent and completely useless. I read through directions which say press on camera. And when I did the cover immediately fell off into my hand. I've tried everything. They simply do Not stick at all. Doesn't stick to any surface. I'm shocked. A real suction cup might have worked but this doesn't have anything like that. I guess they say Micro to explain that you can't see anything because there isn't anything. Take any small smooth object and it would probably stick to the camera lens better than these. They all fall off immediately. Can not recommend
