The sound perfectly syncs while we each retain our own perspective. There is no other video game experience quite like this that I've ever had. This is as close to perfect as I've ever seen.

    This is one game that offers entertainment value from it's story mode, as well as replay value from it's multiplayer modes. Let's start off with the story mode. If you have never played any gears before this one, there's a previously on gears movie that brings u up to date. The story is like an interactive movie with very detailed characters and backgrounds that make you wanna start and never stop playing. The multiplayer has a few choices in including a mode where you and other online players play co-op to defeat monsters wave after wave while another option let's you play co-op after you've entered the hive and fight your way to freedom. Every week new maps are released and the harder you put the difficulty, the more better the rewards are. You also level up each character individually which unlocks new perks to help with harder difficulty. Overall this game is highly recommended if you own an Xbox one. A must-have

This game is catered to Gears fans both new and old. I have been a gears fan since the first game in 2006. They include a history video and previously on Gears video to catch you up on the history and lore. I must say this is $50 well spent. I am very happy with my purchase and can say this game provides a lot of replay value and content!

    Amazing campaign huge step up from gears 4 and I really loved it. The first 10min of it was decent playing as JD but once you move to Kait the campaign is so much better and has a very good story of explaining the cliffhanger from gears 4. Graphics are amazing the only problem I had with gears 5 was some of the dialogue was super cheesy and took me out of the moment but not all of the time. I do recommend buying this game but not at full price. Being a long time gears fan since the first game all other modes in this game are a bore. Horde mode, first time playing it on hardcore felt like a walk in the park and no one gave it their effort. Survived till round 43 and it was just boring, bosses weren’t the best and enemy types were the same and there wasn’t any variety. Only three new swarm enemy types and they were decent. Escape the new mode to gears 5 wasn’t even fun. Just a maze that felt like a quick run and done. Didn’t feel tension and never failed one. It didn’t feel challenging even on harder levels. The last mode multiplayer......well what a disappointment. Gears of War had the fast paced action gnashes fuel matches that kept you on your toes. This game is the exact opposite. This feels like a competitive game of just hiding and shooting from distances with lancers. Only some matches I get with gnasher players who make the match kinda fun. Other than that this game doesn’t make me want to play more matches. The leveling up system is the most grindy and most boring challenges ever. It asked to play certain game modes like escape or horde and I don’t want to because it’s boring and a waste of time. Sometimes it asks you to use a character that you have to buy or grind for hours and hours to get around like 50 scrap or iron which doesn’t do anything when something costs 500-750, or better yet spend money to get it quicker. Maps in gears 5 are a joke. Having around like 4 new maps the rest being old. I don’t even think there’s a total of 10 maps. When playing this games other modes rather than campaign they feel like an add on that was quickly thrown together. Barley any customization with characters. Can’t even play as old delta squad not even having Dom as a playable character in the multiplayer or Cole. It just doesn’t feel right. The new guns in gears of war suck. The claw is just decent, talon kicks way to much and can’t kill anyone in multiplayer. If there’s any new guns I don’t remember because they’re forgettable and no one uses them. Oh wait it’s the cryo heavy gun. No one uses it and it’s only in one map. I will say this gears of war is a let down on every aspect except campaign. If you’re a hardcore fan this might be fun or might not be if you’re into really slow competitive gears of war matches. As well as slow moving. This doesn’t feel like gears of war. If you’re into all of that you might find enjoyment but if not every is just mediocre at most. Bad at worst.

    En lo personal es de mis gears favoritos, la historia es interesante y el formato de los niveles es un poco más libre, no es mundo abierto pero permite más exploración, luce muy bien gráficamente. Lo malo es que el multijugador no me pareció la gran cosa (a diferencia de la cuarta entrega que era muy adictiva la forma en como recompensaban las victorias). Pero la campaña vale completamente la pena.
