XBox One S review from long time Xbox 360 user + Photos!! Rate it!
My short review of XBox One S console as an owner of original XBox 360.Pros:- Very Quiet and Slim,- It's gaming console and 4K player! 2 in 1.- Low energy consumption, internal power brick- High quality plastic used for console and controller (you can even feel it on touch)- Controller is much better than Xbox 360 and Way better than PS4 in terms of quality of plastic- Comes with the game (in my bundle) Battlefield 1, 14 days Xbox Live Gold and 1 month of EA games (which I didn't even tried yet.)- HDMI cable, which is very thoughtful considering previous XBox 360- Use controller on android devices. I've connected my controller to Galaxy S5 over BluetoothCons. Yes, there are some:- No Kinect port, You will need an adapter (not very cool for some)- I've expected much simplified menu, but it's probably only me.YES, I would recommend it to my friends. Rate (Like) my review and check photos!

I am so happy with this. I didn't get the Xbox One when it released last year because I wanted to wait for it to become more affordable and especially for the games on it to become more affordable. Boy, am I glad I waited! The new Xbox One S is smaller than the Xbox One and has some nice features. Besides that, I bought this baby as a great Cyber Monday bundle! Got the console, Battlefield, and a 3-month Xbox Live subscription for $212.50, making the console and Battlefield under $200. Connected this right to my Xbox Live account and got to work downloading all the games I bought for it on the Xbox Store. Took forever to update when I was first setting it up and games took a long time to download but it was worth it. The graphics are better than Xbox 360 which is, of course, great. What's also nice is if one person using the console has Xbox Live, everyone using the console has Xbox Live (while playing on that console). Some people are questioning if 500GB is enough. Umm, yeah, it's plenty, actually. I am getting a 5TB external hard drive just for future use but I've already downloaded plenty of games and haven't even used 5% of my storage. You'll save even more storage space if you buy discs instead of downloading games to the console. The Home screen is way different from Xbox 360 so it's pretty disorienting at first. My one big complaint is you can't even look at your achievements if you'renot connected to the internet. Otherwise, this is fantastic. Very pleased!

I absolutely love the Xbox One S!!! When the Xbox One was released I was a little disappointed about it's massive size and the fact that it only came in black. But I have to say, the brand new sleek, slim white body on the S model is stunningly beautiful! The console is surrounded on all sides by vents to keep the device cool, and I haven't had a single issue with overheating. In fact, the device has managed to stay cool even after it has been on for multiple hours.

Along with the incredible build quality of the Xbox One S, the console is also incredibly powerful! Gaming on this device is absolutely beautiful. With stunning graphics and high frame rates, game play stays smooth and gorgeous. Another feature of the Xbox One S that I must include is the ability to play Bluray movies in an incredible 4k resolution! Even if you don't have a 4k TV or monitor, you will still receive the highest possible resolution your TV can produce. I am absolutely in love with the Xbox One S, and I think you will be too!!

Picked up this guy for its 4K ability and HDR. I already own two other Xboxes, but recently upgraded my television to a 4K and wanted to take advantage of its capabilities. Really impressed with how small the One S is compared to the behemoth of a console the launch console is. The fact that there is no longer an unsightly power brick I have to hide also makes this worth the price. The upgraded controller is nice as well, as I have yet to see any control drop off as both of my other xboxes have occur from time to time. Losing the Kinect is marginal, as I really only used it for voice control however it listened about as good as my five year old does. Having said that, Kinect use is still available through an add on cable that I may or may not acquire in the future. All in all, this console is a perfect upgrade while I wait for Project Scorpio. If you happen to have a 4K tv and want to take advantage of it, I highly recommend the purchase.

Awesome console. I already have a PS4 and I love it. So, why did I buy an Xbox One S? Because a good amount of friends of mine own an Xbone rather than a PS4.

Anyways, there's not much else to say. It's a good console and it runs pretty smoothly. I still prefer the PS4 by a bit but, I can totally see how some people might prefer this one.

I recommend buying this console for anyone that has lot's of friends on Xbox Live or simply wants to experience]the exclusives on Xbox.

If you can only afford one or you simply only want one console, I would go for the one that has the most exciting exclusives to you. Overall, the Xbox One and PS4 are pretty much neck to neck at this time.

I will say this about the Xbox One that's great though; it has pretty decent backward compatibility and much better free games given to you each month.

5.0 out of 5 stars Muy buena consola
Reviewed in Mexico on March 29, 2017

Got this on sale and was a great buy. My friends have the original Xbox One and through using bothe this one is noticeably faster in the menus for browsing content. I cant say anything about the 4k as I do not own a 4k tv. I recommend Buying the 500gb model and then purchasing at least a 2TB external HDD, every game needs to be installed to play and they can be as big as 90gb although usually around 40-60gb. It's usually cheaper to buy an external HDD then to buy a bigger HDD xbox, also games load faster off an external HDD. I love the new controller it fits perfectly in your hands and the addition of a 3.5mm jack for headsets and mics, as well as bluetooth to connect to other devices is fantastic. Battlefield, I have always hated the Battlefield games so when I say Battlefield 1 is one of the best shooters I've ever played I mean it I can't get enough of it. The Campaign although very short is fantastically written and even if you don't play the multiplayer makes the game worth playing, although the multiplayer is where you will get most of your gameplay out of its super fun especially with a few friends. Over all this is a great system and a great purchase, I am very satisfied with it.

Excelente producto y a un excelente precio, el envío y el tiempo estimado fueron los correctos. Muy buena consola, sobre todo los precios de los juegos que en Mexico la mayoría de las ofertas son casi como la plataforma de steam.

5.0 out of 5 stars 100% Worth the Investment!
Reviewed in Canada on October 26, 2016
I hadn't upgraded my system in years; I finally did, and I'm floored.

I love the feel/look of this system; not to mention the fluidity of the menus and gameplay!

It goes without saying; Battlefield 1 is incredible! Its a first time for the Battlefield franchise to create a WWI game, but they have set the precedence! I haven't even got through 20% of the game and I'm beyond impressed. The textures, the historical accuracy, the storyline etc... all make this bundle a must have.

I highly recommend for any gamers!
