These are the best daily probiotics I've used...hands down. Yes, they are not the cheapest, however if you auto ship, etc, the company does offer deals, discounts. There is no aftertaste, or unpleasant side effects (like heartburn) which other brands give. Flora Pro-Flora probiotics are fresh, work excellently, and the Naturenetics company is ten stars in customer care. Their products are all high quality, tested and guaranteed. i don't know yet if i will think that it works good, because i just started taking it yesterday. i got it because i started taking amoxicillin broad spectrum antibiotic for a UTI and i wanted to replenish the good bacteria that antibiotics kill along with the bad ones. I chose this on Amazon for a few reasons. One is the reviews of people who said they saw a difference in their health after taking it as a regular supplement. Another is that i like the way the capsules come individually rapped and have the shelf life included in the information, and that it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This will be good to take just one dose away from home and be able to take it later. I like the product description specifying the 5 types of bacilli in it. And of course, as other reviewers reported, yet still catching me by surprise, i found a coupon in the box inviting me to request a second shipment of what i just ordered, for free, i can't remember any other company that has done that. The company provided clear instructions about the simple short process of submitting a form on their website to request the free full shipment, 30 days worth, very clear communication, so i certainly appreciate that. On their website they request a review which automatically brings me to this review page. Unless something goes bizarrely wrong from taking this probiotic, this is the same review i would give after taking this for a month, assuming i don't get a yeast overgrowth from the antibiotic. with another shipment coming, i will be able to keep taking this longer than i would have and can continue taking it indefinitely. Buying this has been an unusually good experience.

Helps to regulate your digestive system

This is one of the tougher products I've reviewed. There are a lot of reviews from people who had not yet started taking their probiotics so I wanted to make sure I had used the product for a while before posting anything about it. Anything less is misleading and uninformed.

That said, I purchased these probiotics with my own money (not a free sample) and have been using them for about three weeks now. I first started taking probiotics on the advice of my doctor a couple months ago after I returned from a business trip with some stomach issues. I suffered in silence for a couple weeks but when I started the probiotics, the symptoms disappeared practically the same day. I continued taking my doctor-prescribed probiotics for a four week course and decided I liked how I felt and how my digestive system worked while I was in them.

Which brings me to the Flora Pro-Health brand of probiotics. The brand my doctor recommended was quite expensive so I did some research to try and find an alternative. I found many examples citing the effect of temperature and storage conditions as drawbacks to mail order probiotics. Naturenetics addressed these concerns by guaranteeing the potency of the probiotic at the end of its life as opposed to the start and by individually sealing each capsule. That gave me the confidence to overcome my concerns about ordering online. Wading through other reviews on Amazon, I found enough from people who had actually tested the product and liked it to go ahead and give it a shot. At this price point, it wasn't much of a risk so I placed my order.

How effective Flora Pro-Health probiotics are depends on your reason for wanting to take them. I've read that they can help with weight loss, improve resistance to colds/sickness, and a few other things. The reason I take them is to keep my digestive system in order. For that reason, I believe these probiotics are effective. I've not experienced any of the issues I had prior to starting my probiotics regime. My system is quite regular and isn't as susceptible to certain foods as it once was.

As a final note, my shipment included a coupon for a second box free of charge, which I did redeem. I wouldn't say it was a huge driver for my decision to originally order this product but it is a nice perk and helps to keep costs down. The company has followed up with my purchase to see how things are going and they seem to be quite friendly. I certainly do not regret taking a chance on Naturenetics and have no reservation recommending Flora Pro-Health to those looking to gain control over their digestion.
