The vertical round support is installed on the desk and secured, one can check if its able to hold a good weight. I shook it till my desk was in danger of breaking, the vertical pole seems very strong.
Then the arms go on by themselves, this allows checking the position of where the monitor will be centered before committing to installing the monitors. I also checked the strength and rigidity of the arms at this point, and they seem strong enough for moderate sized monitor. I just bought a 4k Dell 27" and I was a bit worried about it being safe since its the new baby. I think its safe after pushing and pulling and simulating weight loads on the arms.
Finally the monitors slide on with adaptor plates, and those are secured with a good sized screw with a thumb nut plastic cap. The bent steel plate the adaptors are made of is totally strong enough, and its powder coated OK and won't look horrible if monitors face a room like at some desks.
The pivots are a little bit stiff, compared to something that costs hundreds of dollars, they seem perfectly acceptable for $80. The overall construction seems solid. I have machined a few things from steel and aluminum and can imagine part failure due to physics quite well, and I am pretty happy with this dual monitor arm setup. It's not super fancy, but it is totally functional and a very good value for the dollar.
Edit: Quite not quit, oops!
The clamp method is pretty straight forward, im using an IKEA desk.
The individual arm grips that go on the post are holding the arms well.
HOWEVER, my 10 lb 27 inch monitor is apparently too much for the arm tension.
It droops, and falls all the way to the lowest position.
This is not ideal, but i guess ill have to move the arm highger up the post so the monitor isnt just sitting on the desk.
I will be updating this review once i receive my second 27 inch ACER monitor
Update *
Did not hold either monitor on either arm.
Downgrading this to a single star because it doesn’t live up to the specs provided . Neither monitor weighs anywhere near 17 lbs .
The tension bolt only tightens the horizontal pivots basically , the vertical movement of the arm can’t really be adjusted .
I tried putting the arms all the way up the post to see if I could live with that , but no . It’s ridiculous . Returning this.
UPDATE****
The seller contacted me. They let me know that my experience was unusual for their product and actually sent me a replacement. After a few emails exchanging information i received the item again. Once again, i reluctantly put it together. To my surprise, This time everything worked. The tensioner screws worked and i now have a clean dual monitor setup. I was able to adjust the arms so that they are both even. Extremely happy with the performance of this item. It is also good to know the company is aiming to please their costumers.

My Experience: It's pretty good. In my experience I've had this thing for a couple of months and it's definitely good. I use mine in stacking 2 monitors as you can see from my pictures. I would not recommend trying to put in 2 27 inch monitors in stack because most likely it will not fit. When going through getting my 2nd monitor and the monitor arm, I noticed that most of these don't support 27 inch monitors and if they do, it really all depends on where your arm mounting point is at, mounting points near the middle/bottom will probably take up most of the space you would need for the 2nd 27 inch monitor. Atm I'm running a LG 27GL83-A and an Asus VA24EHE, so a 27 inch monitor and a 24 inch monitor, I feel like even that combination felt too tight since I had to put the 2nd arm at max length to be able to make the monitor fit, again as you can see from my pictures. Assembly was alright, although I was a bit confused on which side made things tighter at first but I think that was more my fault than anything else. After assembling everything just move the monitors where you want them to be, lock everything down with the included tool and it hardly moves, well there's a bit of wobbly but it only moves if you touch it on purpose. I have a rising desk and my monitors stay in place even after it moves up and down, I never had to readjust it once. So definitely happy with my purchase.
Positive:
+ works with 2 monitors in stack
+ Holds both of my monitors rather well
+ Comes with everything you need to assemble it together
+ Comes with cable routes to manage cables
Neutral:
| Cable routes on the arms are a bit tough to get in and out cables
Negative:
- It mentions not to stack monitor arms above 27 inches however it can't hold 2 monitors that are 27 inches, again depends on where the monitor arm mount is located
Recommended: Definitely yes, happy with my purchase

Took ~20 minutes to assemble & setup. Instructions are decently clear and the assembly is fairly intuitive anyways.
The gas spring seems to easily do the job on my monitors. They're only 22" but older models so they aren't too light either. There is a lot of degrees of freedom to adjust in all directions. The stiffness of the components is either well balance or adjustable by turning a screw. My monitors seem to stay in place rather well.
I used the C-clamp to fix it to the desk. The C-clamp seems sturdy & does the job well. I'm planning on switching to the grommet once I'm sure the positionning is right.
Overall it looks good. It's not as classy as some of the more expensive ones out there, but they have plastic covers for the few remaining bits that are just exposed steel. Most of it metal, so it feels pretty sturdy.
I'm pretty happy with what I got for the price. Super fast delivery - got it in 3 days. If it stands the test of time then I think it's really good value for money. You can get cheaper ones out there, but this is still among the lowest-tier price for dual arm fully adjustable. Yet the quality you get is pretty good.
I'm going to be working full-time with this setup.
Frees up a lot of space on my desk, now that the original stands that came with the monitors are no longer there.
Came with two HDMI cables as well, which I didn't need, but it's a nice touch. Lots of mounting screws of different sizes provided, plus spacers if you need them.
Plastic channels for cable management are attached to the arms, which makes for a clean look (if your cables are long enough). Materials definitely feel solid.
Wonderful product.
Pro:
Solid metal build
Clamp keeps the arms & monitors solidly in place on my 1inch/2.5cm thick wooden desk
Adjustable Spring tension for differnt monitor weight
Fully Adjustable 360 degree with decent cable routing
Con:
Lower arm articulations (marked by red arrow in picture) were way too tight and needed a 5mm hex key (not included) to loosen and make the arm move well without having to put too much force.
The cable routing in the arms is enough for 3 small cable (usb/display port/power) on my asus PG279Q
monitor but was a tight fit for 2 thicker cords on my older monitor (bigger power+dvi cable)
If your desk is against the wall , you will need to move the monitors forward 14 inch / 36cm to have them side by side (with 2 x 27" monitors).
All that said, none of the cons were deal breaker and are easy to fix.
For under 100$ CAD , half the price of other vesa arms out there, it is definitely worth it.
