The wife and I saw it at the theater. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Justin Chatwin and Steve Howey get special mention for doing a great job of bringing the attitudes of a cat and a dog to their human form. Hana Mae Lee is the best friend that every girl wishes she had, while Sean Astin is super as the guy who loves his lady, from afar. Kate Micucci does an excellent job giving us the girl we all want to fall in love with. Cute, funny, smart, down to earth, with a huge heart. We have no problem understanding why both her animals, once they become human, want to be with her, or why Sean Astin fell for her immediately. I'm a huge classic movie fan and this film reminded me of the great romantic comedies of the 30's and 40's. Just a wonderful fun romantic ride. Thank you to Finn Taylor for bringing us this enjoyable story about our love for our pets, their love for us and our love for others. One last note; I've offered a money back guarantee to all my friends, if the truly didn't enjoy this movie. Not one person has taken me up on my offer, in fact, they all enjoyed it as much as I did.

Pets undeniably and far too often steal out hearts and make us animal lovers for life. And its movies like Finn Taylor’s Unleashed, that reminds us just how much these animals mean to us. This quirky comedy stars Kate Micucci (Big Bang Theory), a lonely, down on her luck girl whose cat (Justin Chatwin) and dog (Steve Howey) transform into eligible bachelors after she wishes upon the stars. Taylor portrays pets, their tendencies and what they might be thinking brilliantly and with a punny overtone that is sure to make you crack a smile. Seeing pet behavior in human form made me grow even fonder of my own pet’s odd fascinations and ridiculous activities. This heartwarming film made me unexpectedly emotional and something I enjoyed very much.

I really needed a laugh and unleased delivered! I would love to own it sometime. Did not disappoint! The actors that played the pets turned human were fabulous! They really captured the essence of the pets they were portraying.
