I have been living off the grid for 5 and 1/2 years. 3 years ago a good friend of mine found a Renogy solar panel kit on Amazon. We purchased the 400 watt Kit at a good price. It was straightforward easy to use Easy Plug and PlayDirections were good and straightforward no guessing needed. All you need to do is figure out where to put the panels. I had them in 14 below temperatures on the ground in 3 ft of snow, for two and a half years. No problems. Just maintenance, dust the snow off and the dust. They are now on top of my RV trailer that I live in full time. Due to some wiring a mishaps on my account, one wire got wired backwards.I called Renergy and ask them if they could sell me a part. They did one step better. The part was not available in the configuration that I requested. so they made it and sent it to me. This is a company who goes out of their way to do everything possible for their clients. Good old-fashioned pride in their product and customer service. I mean real customer service no hassles, a real person answer the phone on the first ring. I was helped by Joshua Cabrera. He was fast professional and even had a caring attitude. Just great products and outstanding customer support.Look I'm a U.S. Marine, if I purchase something it is truly put to the test.
