1. Has 1 HDMI 2.0 port. The others are 1.4. Now,..... 2.0 switches are mighty cheap. Why didn't Vizio just make all 4 ports HDMI 2.0? Now I'm having to research switches and I'm sending one back already. The 1.4's will allow 4k, but at lower color and refresh rate.
2. YouTube app doesn't do surround sound. It doesn't do it on my Xbox either. However, it is reported to do it on Roku. Not sure if this is Google's fault, or Vizio and Microsoft's in their integration of YouTube.
3. Amazon Video app doesn't do HDR. The version on my Xbox does do HDR. Again, not sure if this is Amazon's fault, or Vizio's, in the integration of Amazon Video on the Vizio. So for Amazon Video, I use my Xbox rather than the Vizio Smartcast app.
Slightly off topic, but still Vizio: I originally ran my Vizio 5.1 soundbar off of the HDMI ARC port( that single HDMI 2.0 port,....). Since the Vizio soundbar is HDMI 1.4 and a low version of that which only supports 1080p passthrough, then to do "low" 4k, you had to use a 1.4 port on the TV. That means you bitstream Dolby through the TV down to the soundbar. Not sure if it's Vizio's decompression of Dolby, or just Dolby, but after you hear uncompressed 5.1 from the Xbox, you won't want to Bitstream Dolby. Surround sound out from the TV will be Bitstreamed Dolby. So once more, you will be migrating away from the SmartTV and using this as only a screen with one usable HDMI input. Just be prepared to buy external devices to get what you want.
My current setup is Xbox One S > AVRKey > HDMI 1 port on Vizio TV. AVRkey also splits HDMI audio to Vizio 5.1 Soundbar. So I get full 4k@60 and uncompressed 5.1. All other inputs are neutered until I get a good switch.

But nine months in, our unit is starting to die. It doesn't turn on properly, and we're forced to try to turn it on repeatedly. I called Vizio support, they had me unplug the thing then press the power button on the back of the unit for five seconds. That got it booting properly again, but only for a day. I've also had the thing suddenly turn off.
So, it seems I'll be having it repaired as it's still under warranty but for what I paid I wasn't expecting such poor reliability. By contrast we still have a smaller Samsung flatscreen from for years ago that is still going strong.
