About this ebook

A sexy standalone novel* from New York Times and international bestselling author Elle Kennedy!

She’s about to make a deal with the college bad boy…

Hannah Wells has finally found someone who turns her on. But while she might be confident in every other area of her life, she’s carting around a full set of baggage when it comes to sex and seduction. If she wants to get her crush’s attention, she’ll have to step out of her comfort zone and make him take notice…even if it means tutoring the annoying, childish, cocky captain of the hockey team in exchange for a pretend date.

…and it’s going to be oh so good

All Garrett Graham has ever wanted is to play professional hockey after graduation, but his plummeting GPA is threatening everything he’s worked so hard for. If helping a sarcastic brunette make another guy jealous will help him secure his position on the team, he’s all for it. But when one unexpected kiss leads to the wildest sex of both their lives, it doesn’t take long for Garrett to realize that pretend isn’t going to cut it. Now he just has to convince Hannah that the man she wants looks a lot like him.

I found the book to be arbitrary and elementary. I was waiting for the suspense and more deeper feelings from the characters. Just by the cover I figured that there would be more intimacy than what I read. so final blow to the author of the book. I would attend a class for more insight into yourself and learn to be more attentive and understand your own characters. as you would understand your own wife. all in all my 3rd grade son could've wrote a better and more feelings of intensity between the characters. I felt as if I was reading the instructions for a vibrartor. it was to say the least a very predictable book. I could see what was going to happen before the action occurred. I felt like Nostradamus was in the same room with me and I didn't need to physically read the book. well i'll say that the author has a little bit of talent in the upcoming books that i've had a chance to skim through. so we'll see. till then everyone keep reading

I wanted to read a stupid, predictable romance. In that sense, I was sadly disappointed. Instead I really, really enjoyed this book. I laughed out loud several times, I felt like crying, too. The characters are actually that: characters. Not just a trope to play with. They actually feel like people. Giving 4 stars, because we couldn't shy away from ALL the overused tropes of every romance ever, but I think this book is worth a reread at some point. Probably with a hot cuppa and some cake.

It's like someone else said... It just felt like there was something missing, like their love wasn't deep enough. It had a lot of potential. I thought the author missed out on many potential directions the story could have gone. Lastly, I know they're just college students, but their lack of maturation as the book went on was a tad disappointing.
