Sound Quality
These headphones sound very good to bordering on excellent. The highs are clear and precise, the bass is deep and powerful without being overpowering. The headphones create a nice sound stage which is spacious, natural, and accurate to the source material. They don't cause listeners fatigue due to harsh sounds.
I particularly enjoy using these to watch movies and shows on my laptop and they work very well making and receiving phone calls. I hear the caller crystal clear and they can hear me clearly. In addition, I am a teacher, and since the coronavirus outbreak and quarantine, I have used these headphones to conduct my live Zoom sessions with students and they work superbly.
In comparison with the sound quality of my Audio Techinicas, I would place these just slightly below them.
Noise Cancellation
I was not terribly interested in noise cancellation so this did not figure prominently in my purchase. However, these headphones do a decent job of cancelling outside noise. I am still able to hear people talking and other things happening around me but at a reduced level. Outside noises are muffled. If you are looking for a pair of headphones that cancel noise well, these are not likely what you want. For that, there are better choices by Sony and Bose.
Comfort and Fit
The Sennheiser HD 4.50TNC headphones fit comfortably on my head. I have a larger sized melon just to give some perspective. They do not clamp down too tightly on my head or ears and they apply the right amount of pressure to stay put without feeling like a vice. The foam for the earpads is wonderfully soft and cushioned. In comparison to my Audio Technicas, these are more comfortable. I have worn these for long periods of time without much discomfort. There is a caveat here: like others have mentioned in their reviews, these are not truly over the ear headphones (unless you have very small ears, which I don't). They rest on the outer rims of my ears. In this sense, my Audio Technicas are more comfortable because they fit over my ears. that being said, they are still plenty comfortable due to the ultra plush foam earpads. As with most on the ear or over the ear headphones I have used, my ears get hot and I need to remove them briefly to cool. No fault of the headphones.
Style and Build Quality
While these headphones are not the most stylish on the market, they are not ugly by any means and they have a classy, clean look. I have received some compliments on them. The build quality is very good. They are all plastic but they don't feel flimsy or cheap. They are light weight but durable. Like my ATH-M50x's, they don't creak or make noise when you move them to adjust.
Design and Functionality
All the control buttons are located on the under side of the right ear cup. It look some getting used to in order to remember what each button does, but once I mastered that, control of my music became very simple. The buttons are intuitive and I very much enjoy controlling my music through the headphones when I am away from my phone or laptop.
Once fully charged, the battery does indeed last a long time. I am happy about this feature in particular because it allows me long hours of listening worry free. I also love that they include a 3.5mm audio cable in case the battery is low and which only adds versatility. As the manufacturer states, it does take about two hours to fully recharge the battery.
Cost
I bought these headphones for $100 and that is an excellent price for such a good quality product. I am thoroughly pleased with these headphones.
This lead me to these Sennheiser HD 4.50 based off reviews online and from Amazon. I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering them but once I put them on I was blow away by the clarity of sound and detail. The base is just right for me and not overpowering at all yet you still feel it. The mids are excellent as are vocals which is primarily what I listen to. The first album I listend to was Diane Schuur and the Count Basie Orchastra and was impressed with the sound. When listening the base was nice and tight, the horns were excellent and her vocals sounded just like they should, there was a bit of roll off on the real high notes but nothing to worth worrying. On Simply Reds "Money's to Tight to Mention", the driving quick base with vocals stood out and these headphones held up suberb. My last test was Pink Floyd's the Final Cut album which is full of everything from soft vocals, driving rock rifs, orchastra sounds and sound effects, they did fantastic, especially during "The Gunner's Dream", which is a favorite of mine as it throws everything in the mix. The sound stage and seperation was superb which I wasn't expecting for a headphone in this price range.
For the price these are a keeper with great comfort and sound, add to it noice cancelling which is very good, not the best available compared to Sony but it's better than others I've tried. These are a real serious audiophile set of cans. Only issue I have is it is a bit of a pain to turn the noise reduction off and on and there's no vocals to let you know if it's on or off. Other than that I highly recommend the Sennheiser HD 4.50 headphones.

KLANG:
At first the headphones were a little uncomfortable but with some adjustment they're now fine. They can get a little warm during a weights workout but so will any overhear phones.
My hearing was damaged some years back and I have to wear hearing aids because of frequency loss so maybe I'm not well qualified to comment on the sound quality of these headphones. However, they are a massive improvement on my old £60 pair from another brand. The whole range of sound is tighter especially the bass. I couldn't help but think 'WOW!' when the bass rift in the intro to The Prodigy's Breath started.
The build quality seems fine though I've only worn them a few times. Adjustment is excellent. I've a fairly small head and my old phones in the gym used to keep slipping off, even with the headband at the lowest setting. With these, I have to up the headband a few clicks to lower the earpieces for comfort and there's no slippage.
All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
While it doesn't eliminate every sound, it eliminates a ton of generic background noise and things like loud AC or heat systems and makes studying a dream. I have noticed a tiny amount of sound bleeding but the sound needs to be turned quite loud for it to occur. The controls are a bit complex but easy enough to understand. Controls include the usual pause, skip, volume, as well as phone call controls. I haven't noticed any issues with the Bluetooth connectivity. I also am quite impressed with the battery life. Even with active noise cancellation, the headphones can stretch to about 2 weeks of use (every weekday for almost 2 hours). My favorite feature by far is being able to plug in the headphones to a device and use them without using the batteries!
If you need a pair of headphones with decent noise cancellation, great sound quality, comfortable fit and great wireless connectivity as well as good battery life these are the headphones for you.
