Publisher Description
He’s a walking contradiction...
Cam Strickland, one of the four owners of Pier 70 Marina, has earned the nickname his friends gave him years ago. Reckless. Sure. By definition. When it comes to fun, Cam hasn’t yet met a challenge he wouldn’t accept. In other areas, he’s likely far too cautious for his own good.
He’s his complete opposite...
Gannon Burgess, CEO of Burgess Entertainment, one of the top video game producers in the world, finds himself smack in the middle of the last place he would ever expect to be. But Gannon only thinks he is out of his element standing in the small marina office. Then... he meets Cam.
Rumor is opposites attract.
Sparks fly when this sexy, tattooed bad boy comes face to face with this buttoned-up gamer in glasses.
Can Cam and Gannon push one another out of their comfort zones? Or -- thanks to the events that have shaped their lives -- will the time they spend together prove to be just another reckless adventure? This one involving their hearts.

Loved it
I love opposites attract stories and this fit the bill. Angst, sexiness, two characters working through their inner demons to earn their HEA. Good writing, nice pacing, engaging characters with sizzling chemistry. Will be reading the other books, though Gannon and Cam are probably going to remain my favorite pair.
Love wrecked me
Gannon Burgess met Cam Strickland when he and his assistant walked into Cam's place of business. They wanted to hire a boat to go out for a couple hours team building. Gannon and Cam are attracted from the first look.
Gannon has not cared to have a personal life in some time. He has been busy with his company and getting out top level video games to the market. Most love interests cannot compete with that, nor do they wish to. Owning your own business takes more time than most people think. Then he meets Cam, and his priorities start to shift. He wants to spend all his time with him.
Cam feels the same way. He owns a business with his partners that takes just about every day to run. With very little time off, he has not had an interest in a long term partner. He does not mind playing the field. After meeting Gannon, that all changes.
I loved this start to the new Pier 70 series. It has something for everyone. I loved the characters warmth, dedication to their jobs, friends and each other. I loved just about everything about it. I do not want to spoil the book for you - but the HEA in this one jut made me feel darn good!
