We a bit nervous after ordering. Photo on website looked good, but photos can lie. Actual piece is very nice. Not real cherry wood, but a nice simulated finish. The decals on the globe don't perfectly match, so if you look closely at the globe, there are places where the panels are off by a quarter inch or so. As a working globe this would be a show stopper, but it's only evident if you are trying to use it as a globe. As a piece of eye-candy, it works very well. Very nice looking.
Capacity wise, I have one or two unusually shaped bottle that won't fit inside the globe, but they sit undeneath in the rack. Holds about 4-5 bottles of liquor inside globe and about six underneath. There is a row for glassware that holds about 6-8 glasses. Don't really drink wine, so can't speak to the capacity for wine glasses.
Easy assembly, but you will need a bladed screw driver and a small wrench which are not included.
