Pregnancy / Nursing None Cautions: At extremely high doses, vitamin B6 has been found to cause nerve damage. The Institute of Medicine has established a no adverse effects level (NOAEL) of 200 mg of Vitamin B6 per day, and a safe upper limit (UL) of 100mg per day. Do not exceed these limits from all vitamin B6 supplements (pyridoxine and Pyridox-amine) combined. Discontinue vitamin B6 supplementation and consult a physician immediately if you experience neurological symptoms such as numbness, burning, pain, pricking, or tingling in your fingers or feet, or unusual clumsiness. Persons taking many drugs - including 5-fluorouracil, hydralazine, levodopa, nortriptyline, phenytoin, and tetracycline- should not take high dose vitamin B6 supplements.

Excellent product. Superior to other B complex vitamins for those of us who need extra support in our fight to conquer adrenal/thyroid issues. It has more of certain B vitamins that aren't available in the right amounts in other b complexes for those of us with the these issues. I always notice a difference when I take it properly.Plus this product is readily bioavailable.....less stress on the liver and more assurance that you are getting the B vitamins you need and paid for.

Well, I have only been taking it for a couple days and I can tell a difference, I don't feel as hungry and for me that's a big thing, so it must be filling some need. The only difference between this and others is the different type of B-1 in it, as I was already using one that had the others like it is. Just know this -- it does NOT smell to high heaven like most B vitamins do, so it has to be the different B1 used. At any rate, it is definitely helping me out in ways the other b-complexes could not, I just feel more "settled". Hope they never change the ingredients or how they process it. The capsules are darkish green. I almost didn't buy it, thinking it wouldn't be that different, but am glad I did.

it's a good product but the price is getting too high - it just went up $4.00 per bottle since the last time I ordered it. Dr's Best makes one equally comparable for less money. I switched over to that one due to the greed factor of the suppliers of this one.
