The best gaming mouse for me so far, but I've owned 3 of them in the past 3.5 years...
[Stockholm syndrome] Logitech G Pro (Hero)PROS:● Relatively lightweight and small footprint for small to in-between medium and large hands.● Great symmetrical shape for RELAXED finger grip or claw grip.● Relatively low click latency of 9ms. (not the best, not the worst)● Comfortable grip coating. Not "powdery" or "rubbery" in any way.● Software is less convoluted compared to say, Corsair's iCUE software.CONS:● Double click issue with OMROM 50m switches after 6-18 months of heavy 12-18h a day use. (Mouse 1, Mouse 2, and side buttons are all prone to failure; Not a simple static build up issue)● Mouse feet are not as smooth as I prefer and they deteriorate pretty quickly. I always replace the stock feet with Hotline Games 3.0 Mouse Feet.● Some fatigue when gripping real tight for certain characters games that require holding buttons down. (e.g., Hanzo, Zarya, or Moira in Overwatch, etc.) This is likely just be a "me" issue and I need to adjust sensitivity for these situations/characters.● Warranty process has become so much a pain in the ass and illogical, that I just go ahead and buy new ones when they die. (They want you to record a video of the screen AND your mouse at the same time, doing a double click test, so your mouse has to be in the AIR while doing this. This is not the same as having your mouse firmly on the desk, so it's very difficult to reproduce the double clicks in that scenario, at least for me)Dear Logitech G,Please update this mouse with at least:● A more robust switch that doesn't give out, in some cases less than a year. (Kailh 80M maybe?)● Reduced click latency up to new newer standards. (2-5ms)● Even faster report rate options. (2000Hz-8000Hz, etc.)My last replacement lasted from April 2021 to July 2022, when both Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 started double clicking. As of writing this review I'm on my 3rd Logitech G Pro (Hero). I even had the G Pro (older sensor) before this, and that had double clicking issues as well, but the warranty process was much simpler back then. If this one dies, even within the warranty period, I'm done with this mouse and possibly Logitech./k

5.0 out of 5 stars I've had this mouse for three years!
Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2022
I ordered this mouse September 8th, 2019 and got my first gaming PC in November that year and my mouse still works great!
I've been using it almost daily and I play a lot of Apex Legends (FPS) and it holds up well! My only complaint is the DPI button being above the scroll wheel, I've hit it a lot accidentally so I had to disable it through the Logitech GHub (you don't need a DPI button anyway when you have the GHub, but that's neither here nor there).
There are spots where it's worn down, like on the left side of the mouse because of how much I use it, but it doesn't affect the function of the mouse at all.
I keep my hands clean while I game and clean my equipment regularly (seriously, clean your equipment people! Gaming basics 101)
I'm very happy about this mouse and don't plan to buy a new one until I need to. It's perfect for the main games I play, which are first-person shooters, and it works just as well for MMO's and RPG's, just not as many buttons for macros, which I could not care less about in my personal opinion.
