I loved this book couldn't put it down. Jess Shakoor has been watching her neightbor Micheal through her peephole for months because she finds him very attractive, but she knows that he isn't interested in her because she always sees him with models. Micheal is a professional photographer who dates models, but since he saw Jess she became his obsession. One night when Jess comes home she tries to sneek in to her apartment, but doesn't realise that Micheal is spying on her too. Micheal decides to make his move and knock on her door, but then he hears what she is saying through her door and decides to tell her how he feels. A year later on valentine he surprises her with a tattoo and something else.

Would have been a 5 star but the second story was negativd 2 star. Please warn people if you try add in a second story which made me want to vomit. I like romance (which the first story definitely was. The second story was about cheating.

Spoiler of second story: Forced by Prof was about an cheating wofe hiring a woman to record the husband cheating, so she can have more alimony in divorce settlement. Both of them agree then has a menage with the woman at the end. Vomit.

I wish I could delete the second story!

Bad Boy Valentine by Author Celia Aaron is novella number two in The Hard and Dirty Holidays. It can be read as a standalone.

"I watch people for a living, Jess. I see them, everything about them, and then I capture them."

Jess has had an unstoppable lust for Michael since he moved in next door. He is the hot photographer who makes her body hum, and she hasn't even been that close to him yet.

"Where the fire, Jess?"

The fire was definitely present in the pages of this short read. Being on opposite sides of a peephole was never so hot! Michael and Jess also had this endearing sweetness that was saved for each other. Their insta-love attraction worked and made my reader's heart burn for them.
