I really loved it at first, but the metal used on this hopper is so thin and flimsy. The handles like to pop out of the holders, and you to switch it standing mode, you have to lock it into two hooks that gets a little irritating to release from.
I use this hopper on a daily basis. First the top hatch is a bit irritating. I eventually left it off, except when transporting the hopper in my car to prevent the balls from falling out the opening. However, somehow the metal frame of my hopper warped and the hatch refused to lock.
In the end, the welding and thin metal frame was this hopper's Achilles' heel. One of the tubes that the handles latch into fell off. I MacGyvered it back on and repeated what I did as a preventative measure for the other side, and dare to say, actually improved the hopper's stability. After, enjoying that fix for a month, the welding that holds the bottom fell apart. I could have spent more time on it, but decided to retire the hopper and picked up the Tourna Ballport Deluxe, which was a little more expensive but definitely worth the price.
Not to completely trash on this hopper, it does it's job, and I may have just been unlucky, but mine lasted for a year before falling apart. For $30 that's not bad.
