Build Quality - 5
Although mostly plastic, there is a small aluminum bezel around the keyboard that makes it stand out and look premium. The board feels great, and the little bit of weight it has, makes it feel durable when holding it. They compacted the keyboard so that you get all the features, but it’s even smaller than expected. I got the blue switches and the keys are definitely mechanical and loud. I believe there are other switches for this keyboard if you don’t like the loud sound of this keyboard.
Features - 5
The compactness of this keyboard makes it perfect for on-the-go gaming. The keyboard uses a micro usb input to connect to the computer and the cable can be changed out. The back of the keyboard has 3 different canals to fit the wire into accommodating all users and setups. Using the FN key allows you to have access to full media controls as well as lighting controls for the keyboard. Speaking of lighting, there are a bunch of lighting modes that you can cycle through right on the keyboard. Although there isn't as much customization as other more expensive keyboards, the lighting settings are adjusted in the hardware. So, if you plug the keyboard into one computer, change the lighting options to a certain settings, and then plug it into a different computer, the lighting mode that you picked will still be there.
Software - 5
There isn’t any software that comes with the keyboard, but that’s the beauty of it. This keyboard is truly plug and play!
Overall, this keyboard is amazing and after using it for a little more than a month, it has help up very well. The keyboard is so simple to use and offers so many features for its price. With no software needed, take this keyboard anywhere!
Since I purchased this keyboard, I've made a couple of modifications that have had a significant impact on my experience. First, I replaced the stock keycaps with Devlin Q-Series (thick, DSA-like profile), and replaced the stock Outemu Blue switches with Outemu Purple. It looks, feels, and sounds great while still being portable! There are a couple of other things I still want to do to it, but for all intents and purposes, it's done and in a good place. Granted, I spent probably another 2.5x the cost of the board to get it to this state, but...what's money, right?

Got my Z-88 as a Warehouse deal, but knowing what I know now, I would have paid full price. Honestly, it's got more features than I bargained for and the overall quality is surprisingly good. Here's a quick list of the pros and cons:
Pros:
* Comparatively very inexpensive
* Great form factor for small desk spaces or travel
* RGB SMD LEDs, and though control is limited, the colors are bright, saturated, and there's no risk of thick keycaps bumping into your LEDs
* Removable switches are well seated, but removal is straightforward...crazy feature at this price point
* Very sturdy feeling with near zero flex (you can twist it a little, but you really have to try)
* The Outemu Blues actually feel pretty great...coming from someone who is used to all sorts of Cherry switches and Topre clones
* The keycaps feel pretty decent, too
* Clear switch tops for that shine through!
* Extras in the box included 5 additional switches (all Blues), a keycap puller, and a switch puller
* Even though it's really light, the rubber feet do a great job of keeping it in place
* Sturdy elevating legs
* Removable cable
* It appears to have a small amount of "memory" on board as it kept my lighting settings traveling from work to home
Cons:
* Outemu Blues will anger your workmates with their mighty click
* The keycap legends are HORRENDOUS
* The biggest let down is the diameter of the switch sockets. Should you get around to changing them out for something from Cherry, Gateron, Zeal, MOD, Fosen, etc. you'll need to file down one of the pins in order for it to fit. That said, you can get a pile of switches for pretty cheap so even if you ruined a handful in the process of modding them, you're only out a buck or two.
* Uh, that's about it really...this board is actually pretty great. If you have the need and the funds, snap it up!
Top reviews from other countries
1) The brown switches provide a nice feed back minus the click sound.
2) The stabilizers are surprisingly well balanced. No rattling sounds.
3) Switches can be swapped with other Outemu switches.(Not sure from where we can buy Outemu switches at fair price! In Amazon you can buy 10 switches for over 600 rupees.)
4) Comes with additional 5 switches.
5) Though the keyboard is pretty light, but it does not produce any hollow sound.
6) Comes with detachable USB c-type wire, real handy when you are travelling, or the wire can be replaced in case any damage happens to the existing wire.
7) The wire can be routed from three different sides of the keyboard(left, right and center) based on your convenience.
8) I am not fan of RGB, and I could not find any way to keep the lights of the keys to a constant color.
9) Not a fan of the keycap fonts, not elegant at all.
Not sure it is value for money or not, but the typing experience is pretty good.
I shall update if I face any issue.
Update after 15 days of usage.
1) The space bar is full of rattling sound, same for enter and backspace keys. Looks like the stabilizer are giving up. After inspecting the stabilizers, they were moving side ways. Did a tape mod to arrest the movements. Now the rattle is bit under control.
2) Tried to replace the brown switches with black Outemu switches. The stock switches are very tightly fixed. I managed to damage 3 stock keys while trying to pick them out. Also the switch puller which comes with the keyboard will definitely damage the keys.
3) Not sure but the right side Alt button is registering Ctrl and Alt together when pressed.
Note :- I went ahead with this keyboard because I could not find hot swappable keyboard at reasonable price.
The typing experience is still great, no change in that. It is just poorly built.
