Closure is poorly made and this item won't stay on my wrist. The return window already closed so I'm stuck with an item I can't use.

Rather than be stuck with an item I couldn't use, I decided to go ahead and set it up and start using at the risk of losing. I've been wearing it for about 3 weeks now and notice that as long as I make sure I hear a click when I close it, it has been staying in place. I do like that fact that it has a battery (same as a watch) so I don't have to take it off to charge it. It also looks much better than any of the fitness bands I've had in the past. Looks more like a watch than a fitness band.

The strap comes undone non-stop, and it falls off. There is no real way for it to stay fastened, and it will fall off. The front is glass, and once it hit the floor, mine was ruined. Very very disappointed in this product. Would NOT recommend.

I love MK, but this doesn't stay on my wrist at all. It's held on by a magnet & it just falls off constantly. I received as a Christmas gift & now having trouble exchanging. Terrible experience. :(
