Once I received the replacement unit, I filled it with fog juice, and gave it a go. It worked really well, but fog would spill from the vents around the nozzle, as well as the nozzle. While not unacceptable, I wrote them and asked if this was normal. They arranged to have me send back both units and will be sending me another replacement.
Overall, their customer service is what I would toot the horn of the most. Every email has been kind and understanding, prompt and helpful. 10/10 customer service through and through.
The machine itself? Well, the first one was awesome until it didn't work anymore. The second one could have satisfied me, but I really want to see if third time is the charm here. I would recommend the product based experiences, but be wary, ,this isn't a 500$ machine, so perhaps expect a little trouble if you use it like so.
