    Paid $49 for this new at Microcenter, this is a very nice processor if you're just using it for day to day use...i wouldn't render a 4K video with it or anything but for gaming, web browsing, or use as home theatre PC this works great...very cheap too, pick up an open box Z170 for around 60-70$ bucks and you can pretty much build a skylake build for less than $300...upgrade later to an i7 when the 6700K drops in price if you need it for performance...i've built 5 PCs with this for people and they all love it, add an M.2 SSD and you've got a very fast machine..Some pics below of my set up, but i'm using a 6700K :) in my main setup...
