I bought the HP Chromebook 14 -ak010nr 14 inch laptop Intel hp as a replacement for a laptop until I decide on which one I decide to to go with and what I want in one. There are so many choices and decisions to make. I have an idea and a price point. After receiving my Chromebook #1 I did have an issue but was quickly solve with through Amazon. It was a simple issue where as the rechargeable cord was not connecting to the computer properly and a new computer was sent out to replace the defected one. I sent he other one back . All is good , so far. I love my Chromebook. HP really does make a good Chromebook. If I did not need some other things a full computer offer's me, I would stick with this Chromebook as my parent's have . It suits their need just fine. Basic computing, Emails, Facebook, and so on . I have found I really like the keyboard and have not had any issue typing on it. At all ! I love the screen and resolution . Great Picture, sound quality, etc....I hope I am this lucky with the computer I choose !!! And seemly not as many things that can go wrong.
Thank You HP for making a Great Chromebook ! My granddaughter will love this one when I do find the computer I do want...! Ha Ha...If I do find it !
I absolutely love he SSD and how fast it is . I now know for sure I want at least a 128 if not a 256 for sure.
Awesome Chromebook HP !!!! Love the size as well ! Was looking at Dell's....Mind Change thanks to trying this Chromebook out for necessarily needed one. I hope laptop HP are as good !!!
