I've been using the product for 6 years. I brought 3 bottles last week. When I received the products, I found the ingredients on the label changed. Previous : Glucosamine Sulfate 2KCI 1500mg. Now: Glucosamine Hydrochloride Potassium Sulfate 1500mg. Some other ingredients also changed.
To be honest, I want to know the difference among " Glucosamine Hydrochloride Potassium Sulfate"," Glucosamine Hydrochloride" and " Glucosamine sulfate" on my knee pain. Which one is the best? I will appreciate if someone tells me.

My pain toyally gone in two weeks

It is a lifesaver. I have torn meniscus in my right knee and my left leg is shorter than the other causes imbalance in my hip. I am very active to keep my joints mobile, so I constantly stretch and strengthen them every day. I started to feel enormous permanent pain in my right medial meniscus and in the left hip with popping all the time. Of course the doctor recommended cortisone shots as "only" solution to relieve the pain that I genuinely declined, because it is very drastic with side effects as temporary solution anyway. It permanently damages the cartilige. My physical therapist friend said her patients swear by taking collagen or hyaluronic acid or glucosamine regularly improve their condition. Every body is different so one might work meanwhile the other does not at all. I started with Doctor's Best glucosamine since it was the cheapest option. I doubled up the doses for the first week. My PT said to give at least 2-4 weeks to see if it works. After 6 days exactly my pain gone at least 80% and the popping stopped completely. I still felt really stiff, but I went back to the recommended serving dosages that is four pills a day. Then on the 13 day the miracle happened... I woke up with no pain at all. The stiffness disappeared in my knee and my hip and I had a 100% mobility again. It's been three weeks and no pain at all. I can work out two hours a day just like before. I am over 55 therefore I recommend this product everyone to take it daily as a routine. Amazon is selling for the best price so far. I am very grateful to get my body and my life back.

I used this product before and it took my knee pain away so I didn’t order more. My pain came back so I ordered again and after 5 days my pain is gone. My knee issue may not be as severe as others’ issues thus the short time to see improvement. Capsules are easy to swallow and all my capsules were intact (unlike some reviewers who said capsules were broken and/or empty). I guess at my age, I need to stay on these indefinitely to avoid pain returning. I am currently taking 4 a day but may be able to cut back to 2 a day.

A year and a half later I confirm again that it works for me like magic. I want to emphasize that I was not asked for this review, nor getting any free product. Here is the story. After finishing the first bottle, for the reason I don't remember, I decided to buy a different brand of glucosamine. It was probably also working for my joints because I didn't experience any pain. But it was making me feel dizzy. I'd stop for a while and start again and every time I felt dizzy. So I stopped it all together. A few months later my knees started hurting again and I remembered my own praise for Doctor's Best glucosamine. Now I am back on track: one capsule a day (maybe it is enough for highly sensitive people?) and the knee pain is gone from the day one. Amazing!
I have to mention that when I started Doctor's Best almost two years ago I also experienced dizziness at first (just didn't know it could be related) but it improved within a few days. When I restarted this time, there were no side-effects at all.

And you know what? I think it works for my dog too. A few months ago our 9 year-old Yorkie started hesitating and sometimes completely refusing to jump up just a few steps on the stairs. The vet didn't see anything wrong with her joints. We decided to start adding a tiny bit of glucosamine in her food once a day and see if that helps. Within a week she started jumping stairs again without hesitation. Keep in mind that our dog is also on a perfect anti-inflammatory diet: all homemade, mostly organic, no junk food at all.

I rarely write reviews for the supplements because it's hard to determine whether this particular supplement is actually working. This time something amazing happened, so I want to share it; maybe it will help someone else.

For a few weeks I'd been feeling mild but persistent pain in my both knees that did not allow me to walk stairs freely like I used to. When I bought this Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM I was hoping that within a few weeks of taking it my knees will start feeling better. The unexpected magic happened! I took just one capsule in the evening and I woke up next morning without any discomfort in my knees! I know... can it be really so potent?! Maybe it's just a coincidence but it also could be a synergistic effect and the final piece of the puzzle is in its place.

In addition to my diligent anti-inflammatory diet, I take Fish Oil, Turmeric and Boswellia for quite a while now. It seems to be working for me pretty well because most of the time I don't even feel any signs of arthritis that was haunting me many years ago. Now I added Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM and all my joints are happy. I still take just one, sometimes two, capsules a day instead of recommended 4. It works! Try it. Highly recommend.

My doctor recommended that I go and see an Orthopedic Doctor for my worsening knee pain. He prescribed a prescription gel that I was to apply four times a day. Very messy, but I done as he told me for around 2 weeks with no improvement. I went back. They xrayed my knees and told me the joints were worn out. Bone rubbing against bone, with nothing there to cushion the shock. He gave me a shot in each knee. It helped for around a week. I couldn't get any more shots for a month, so I toughed it out. I went back in for more shots. My doctor was gone, I had a new doctor. He gave me the first shot, not too uncomfortable. Time for the second shot, in the worst of my two knees. I have never felt such pain in all my life! Tears were streaming down my cheeks, I had a tight grip of the table I was sitting on. Finally he stopped, pulled the needle out and said "I can't do this to you!" He was so sorry and didn't know what had went wrong. He then sent me for aqua therapy. This helped, while I was moving around in the 96 degree pool. My insurance would not pay for more than 2 months of treatments. It was very expensive to pay out-of-pocket. Plus since I could only go twice a week, my knees hurt just as bad the other 5 days of the week.
I went back to see my doctor and he recommended something I had never heard of before. He told me that vets were having amazing success in horses with leg sprains and problems, after they started using this product. I stopped at a pharmacy and bought a bottle of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM. I buy a lot of vitamins and supplements, most I can never tell if they are working or not. I take 3 capsules per day of these, one in the morning and two at night. I saw results within FOUR DAYS! Then I found these on Amazon. I think they work
faster because they are not a solid pill, like I found locally in the pharmacy. I will never, ever run out of these again!
It hurt so bad to walk before, with a constant audible crunching of bone rubbing against bone. Now that is mainly gone. These amazing pills put the cushion back, and I LOVE them!
UPDATE: I have taken these for months now. My knee pain is gone! There were a few times that I went for a few days, forgetting to take them. I will not make that mistake again! Now when I fill my weekly prescription box, these are included. To me, they are more important than some of the prescriptions that I am taking!

Never expect miracles and you won't be disappointed. The benefits of this product vary, as do the results. I can't say it worked specifically to relieve my arthritis pain but I can't say it didn't help if only a little. At some point anything is better than nothing.
