Pebble Time Round

The world’s lightest and thinnest smartwatch.

Introducing Pebble Time Round

This is a smartwatch? All the easy-to-use, time-saving features that Pebble pioneered to define the smartwatch category, now available in a design that’s lighter and thinner than any other smartwatch. Its battery lasts for days - not hours - and its bright e-paper display is always on. Check notifications, incoming calls, texts, and your calendar, all at a glance. Behind all those smarts, it’s still a great watch. It just also happens to look like one.

Available in Black with 20 millimeter leather band and Silver with 14 millimeter leather band.

The World’s Lightest and Thinnest Smartwatch

So thin and light, it’s pretty easy to mistake Pebble Time Round for a normal watch. Sure, it’s great at telling time, with an always-on screen that’s super easy to read, even in bright daylight. It just also happens to do lots of other awesome things you’ll love.

Actually Helpful Notifications

It’s so light you might forget you’re wearing it, but the Pebble Time Round won’t let you forget anything important. See upcoming and past calendar events, get text messages and reminders, even screen incoming calls - all with a simple, discrete glance.

Days of Battery, Not Hours

On a full charge, you’ll get up to 2 days of battery life, so there’s no daily dose of battery anxiety. When it’s time to charge, it’s super fast: a full day of power takes just 15 minutes.

Pebble Health: Activity and Sleep Tracking

Automatically track steps and sleep seamlessly, with daily stats that appear on your timeline, and weekly graphs to show trends.

Make It Your Own

Quick-change bands and downloadable watchface designs let you match your watch to your mood or your look in moments, and you can add the apps that suit your life from the Pebble app store. Plus, pebble Time Round is splash resistant, so you don’t have to panic at the sight of a raincloud. Not that you would.

Timeline Update

Timeline gives you a summary of what’s happened, and what’s happening, summarized chronologically to help you stay organized. Pressing the Up button will take you into the past, where you can view recent appointments or events. Pressing Down will take you to the present first, where you can see any meetings you may have coming up. Another press Down, and you will be taken into the future, with upcoming events to help plan for tomorrow.

Thin, lightweight, beautiful watch that does the basics
*Update 3/14/16*I have had issues with Bluetooth connectivity - which is an issue for this watch because it doesn't have WiFi. Which means: if you're not connected via BT, you don't get any notifications on your watch at all until it reconnects. I went back and forth with Pebble support for a while (sending logs and doing a factory reset) before they sent me a new "used" one because the watch is under warranty. However, the watch came in pretty awful condition. They didn't even switch out the watch band that was obviously used. Granted, I didn't like the stone band to begin with, so I wasn't going to use the one they sent me. But, the actual watch itself was dirty on the back and I could tell it was used for a while by someone. I don't know if that's standard for warranties, so I didn't complain. I just wore the new watch for a while, hoping it would work better than the last one. It is still having connectivity issues though. I have written support again and hope to get some sort of better resolution.I really like the watch still - when it works. I am able to keep my phone on vibrate all of the time and rely on getting my notifications on my watch at home and while my phone is in my purse. I don't even take my phone out of my purse in the car (which is definitely safer).(I have a Samsung Galaxy S6.)__________________________________I have read many reviews on this watch before I bought it. I don't have anything to compare it to personally, as this is the only smart watch I have had. However, my husband has the Moto 360 2nd gen and I know a lot about his watch. My favorite thing about this watch, and the reason I bought it, is the size and weight. It is super thin, small, and light. This was so important to me because I have really small wrists. My husband's Moto 360 face covers my entire wrist. You can see how this watch is smaller and doesn't look too big on my wrist. The biggest downfall is the lack of apps and watch faces. I assume this will improve the longer the watch is out. I know Pebble is always updating and adding on to their app. The Pebble app itself is also not the greatest yet, compared to Android Wear. It just looks outdated. (Also, in case you get one - you have to have Android Wear installed on your phone, but you can't actually get it to connect to your watch. It just has to be downloaded. It's weird, but there are articles and forums you can look up for the reasoning behind this. However, this also means that you can't have apps from Android Wear on your watch.)It also loses Bluetooth pretty often, even when it is only a few feet from my phone. I contacted support about this, but they just told me to do a factory reset. I did it, and it seemed to be a little bit better, but not 100%. It works well enough for me, though. If you don't need all the fancy things and you want a smart watch that is delicate and thin and lightweight, it's a great watch for that. If you need to be able to "Ok, Google", have a touch screen, and need access to all sorts of apps, you may consider a different watch. Also if you want a water resistant watch, this one is not for you.It does the basics - send texts, read texts and emails, calendar notifications, health tracking, etc.I didn't love the stone band so I got a white one from Pebble.

1.0 out of 5 stars DON'T BUY!!! Company no longer exist, so no tech support, neither fulfillment of guaranties!!
Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2016
    Rating: MINUS 10

Update-Feb/2017: Did you know that the company merged with Fibbit, but Fibbit does NOT provide support for Pebble watch? So hold on... your expensive Pebble is now useless and you were better buying anything no-name from China or the dollar store!! We "valuable" owners got an email on Dec/2016 saying pretty much... thank you for your money, but we decided to screw you, BIG TIME!!. We sold to another company and from now on there are no more updates, faces... zero, nothing... AND the new company, neither Pebble respect the guaranties, so if something happens to your watch, good luck, throw it on the garbage! Two days before I got that email, I contacted customer service, because my watch couldn't connect and I couldn't get the watch to recognize any updates or point out what happen. The screen was on and I could see the faces, but nothing else, no connection, no emails, no nothing... I never heard from customer service answering my email, but 2-3 days after, I got and we all got the mass email I mention before notifying us about the merge.

**** Watch out for those guys and whatever company they decide now to create or a crowdfunding initiative.... DO NOT TRUST THEM!! never give your money or believe whatever they say. They could have negotiate the service, updates and guaranties during the merge... but they did not care!!
****Just think for a moment, if a digital watch do not have tech support, you end up with a blank screen on your wrist... not even able to give you the time!!

I lost the money I paid for the watch and the accessories I got... screen protector and different color wrist wrap. I am amazed and surprise that these are still for sell, hopefully no one is falling for that... a google search will show everything I am saying.

Original review- Ag/2016: I like my Pebble overall, but it didn't get five starts because:
    1. Low battery life. I need to charge it every night or at the max. every day and a half. So if you plan to use the app to track your sleeping patterns or depend on it to wake up, I wouldn't recommend it.
    2. For the price, I would expect a better leather wrap. It is leather, but the worst I have owned. It doesn't look good after 10 days of wearing it and I was very careful of water spots, etc. I would have love if he watch came with a better quality leather wrap, for the price this upgrade should be totally doable. Guys at Pebble, please stop making these cheap leather wraps, you are offering a high quality product in a cheapo leather wrap!!
    3. Apps are good, but a lot of room for improvement for the basic ones, just to mention one example, the weather functionality is pretty good, but it should have the option of hourly forecast, instead of daily.

Overall, I'm keeping my Pebble watch and I think is the best looking of the smart watches choices out there. I love the design, the interface and the open source for the faces... super fun! I recommend it for sure, just know what to expect. For example, as soon as you buy your Pebble Time, buy a couple of silicone straps and save the leather for a short, indoors special occasion... or wait until someone offers better leather wraps with automatic release that fit the Pebbles... or Pebble creators decided to listen to the numerous complaints about the horrible quality of the leather straps!!
