Several things to note:
Case is held together by 4 screws. This gives the case a very secure feel, but the screws will have to be removed to get into the case. May not be a good case choice if you are someone who wants access to the board often.
The MicroSD card cannot be easily removed from the Raspberry Pi 3 in this case. You either have to take the case apart or use tweezers to get the card out. I did not deduct a star for this, as I have no plans to switch out cards ever. Even if I need to, it is not difficult enough to justify removing a star considering how good the case looks and functions otherwise.
The heat sinks have adhesive pads for easy assembly onto Raspberry Pi 3.
The back of the case has vent holes along the entire back which will allow for some dissipation of the heat.
None of the internal connections are available from outside of the case (no access to 40-pin extended GPIO, camera port, etc. I purchased the case with this knowledge and have no need to access these ports. If you need access to the internal connectors, this is not the case for you.
Overall, this is a fantastic case. Highly recommended as long as you don't mind a couple of the caveats.
A couple of things you might want to know before buying this:
1. I am not able to remove the MicroSD card while the case is closed. I only have a Pi3, and it doesn't have that feature where you push the card in to pop it out (not sure if the Pi2 has it). I can touch the card, but I can't get enough grip to remove it. I suppose you could try tweezers, but given how fragile MicroSD cards can be I would just open the case. It would take less than a minute to open, switch the card, and close, but if that might be an issue for you keep that in mind. I suppose another method would be to file down that area of the case slightly to get a better grip if you were so inclined.
2. Given that this is my first Pi, I was not prepared for how small this thing is. It is smaller than my wallet! More of an FYI than anything, but it is interesting to have a pocket size computer.
3. I saw one review that mentioned the case didn't fit. For the first few minutes I thought it didn't fit my Pi3, but then I figure out the trick to it! To make it fit, first seat the section that has the MicroUSB and HDMI out, and then place the Pi down into that half of the case. Once I figured that out, it was easy to get it to fit.
4. I feel like the black case (as opposed to the mostly clear cases out there) would work better stashed behind a TV or sitting on a shelf. It would both blend in more and be somewhat less likely to attract the attention of my small kids. YMMV, but something to keep in mind.
Overall a good product. I would probably buy one again if I buy another Pi.
Additional Comments 5/20/16: After using this case for a couple of weeks, I have wanted to try different operating systems in the Pi and have been switching out cards. I have come upon sort of a "hack" to make card switching easier: I've only been keeping the screws on the opposite side of the MicroSD screwed in - I've taken to leaving the screws on the same side of the MicroSD card out. That gives enough play to open that side of the case just enough to get a grip on the MicroSD card and pull it out. The case remains fairly tight otherwise, but you will have to judge how safe you feel this is as a long term solution if you want to try it.
The SD card slot is accessible from outside, but can be difficult to remove as there isn't much space to grab it. Probably not the best case if you'll be swapping cards often. Also, none of the internal connections are accessible, so this case is a poor choice if you plan on using them.
Overall, a very sleek-looking, solidly-built, easy-to-assemble case.

Pros and Cons:
Pros:
1)Very quick to install, screw down and bolt the board and case together.
2)Sturdy for the price range, all the parts fit perfectly, and I didnt have any issues with parts not aligning properly.
3)Plugged in the HDMI with case on and it works just fine, no issues with fit. All inputs such as mouse and keyboard had no problems plugging in securely.
Cons:
1)The SD card is a little difficult to remove with the case on it and I have to do it just right.
2)Not enough air holes for fans if I wanted to do that, I would need to manually add them later.
