Its nice and warm. You can sleep in it like a regular light sleeping bag in warmer days or make a blanket out of it. I create an insulated pad for cold weather camping and it was super comfortable. The temperature was in the mid 30s and i was perfectly warm, no cold ground with a Klymit Static V non insulated pad installed on the inside of it to create thermal barrier. Not a bad product for the price.
