I love thèse patches for pain relief. They are larger than many I have used and the adhesive works well. The warmth is soothing and helps my pain fade. I use them on my shoulder and knees once or twice a day, usually keeping them on for a couple hours. It’s not a permanent solution but the pain relief is great because I do not take over the counter pain relief tablets of any kind. My husband also found relief after a long drive, as he has a shoulder injury too. These are better than the ones I can buy locally and I’m very happy with my choice. Recommend !!
I have used many similar items over the years but I could not use these after the first one left huge red burn marks on my tough old hide. Any pain relief I may have gotten was over shadowed by the burning sensation after only a few hours. I think I will put a gob of peanut butter in the center and try to catch mice on the sticky side. I can not recommend these.

I tried these on my lower back and while they didn’t really feel like they were doing much it was after it fell off that i could feel a slight sensation that was somewhat therapeutic. We both tried this product on our backs and we both had it constantly coming off, possibly from sweat bit they would not stick well. Of course if we in lots of pain we probably wouldn’t have gone with our normal routine in the day. Perhaps these would work better on arms or legs? Or maybe try to limit your activities so its sticks better. Over all ok.
