Description
Range Finder is an ultimate distance, height and angle measurement tool with augmented reality, compass and inclinometer. Range Finder turns your device into a powerful measurement multi-tool!
RANGE FINDER TOOL. Measure the height and distances to objects using a set of 8 sniper scopes.
MAP DISTANCE MEASUREMENT. Multi-point distance measurement: just add several points and measure distance between them.
RADIUS AND ANGLE MEASUREMENT. Using radius map overlay measure an angle between two points and display a radius.
WAYPOINTS. Add waypoints on the map with a long tap. You can choose icons, images and audio notes for each waypoint.
TRACKING. Track waypoints using their azimuth and distance overplayed on the camera view or compass screen.
COMPASS. Compass is overlayed on the map to show Sun and Moon rise and set azimuths as well as stored waypoints. When waypoints go off the screen, you can still track them using tracking labels on the border of the screen.
AUGMENTED REALITY VIEW. Use 3D augmented reality camera view to show positions and directions to waypoints.
SCREENSHOTS. Take screenshots with all the on screen data just with a single tap.

What manual?
If you don’t already know how to use some of these tools, you’re out of luck unless you hit up the google to learn them on your own. Useful for basic distance calculations if you can figure out how to use it.
Great app!
▫️I am in Search And Rescue(SAR), and have used the compass to help get me back to the starting point in land navigation, even though I was using an Etrex Vista HCx.
▫️Great app, have no problem, will take a day or two to get use to the new features.
▫️I just have one thing that I noticed, that I can't change the map coordinate system to UTM or any other Map Datum, since in are SAR group we use UTM.
▫️Other than that, great app!!
Pretty picture’s don’t make it a good app. Listen to the reviews
Many of the reviews I read stated the manual was absolutely useless. Many were from a year and 2 year earlier. So, I figured it had been updated. Plus, the fact that it clearly says a manual was added in the updates to the app. There are absolutely no instructions in the so called manual, the help guide is useless. Even the website it gives you is nothing but advertisements for other apps. The app looks like it would very good. IF YOU KNEW HOW TO USE IT!! I will be contacting the APP Store for a refund.
