I was honestly moderately satisfied with the machine for the first couple uses or so, especially for the lower price. It seemed like it might be easy to put together if you know how to do that kind of thing, but I'm not someone who usually puts together large machines so for me it was a PROJECT, especially since some the pieces seemed like they needed some more grease to actually be able to move and fit inside each other. But the directions were super simple and everything was nicely labeled and the way the pieces fit together was very intuitive. And I was very excited my first couple times using it... But then the problems began. And since I am not the most adept at assembling ellipticals, I will freely admit that some of the problems I had with the machine might have been caused by how I put it together.1. First, the left side handle/leg part seemed off, it wobbled around and had a hitch every time I moved it back and forth. I told myself okay just get over it if thats the only thing that's wrong I can handle it. That was a mistake, but it took me so long to get it together I didn't want to take it all apart again, especially because the parts were so difficult to move around and I wasn't sure I wouldn't cause MORE problems doing so.2. Then I started to notice the whole machine moving around, and I am a full 60 pounds below the weight limit, but it seemed that each time I moved back and forth the whole machine moved off the floor with me. It wasn't something that couldn't be solved with the floor adjusters on the bottom and it was very annoying to feel like the machine was about to break any moment.3. Then, one day while I was using the elliptical doing my workout, I started hearing noises and it started feeling really unstable and when I got off I saw that the entire left side (arm and leg handle) had detached at where it connects to the motor. I put up a picture of this (sorry for the blurriness I also need a new phone). This is a piece of the machine that comes preassembled, so I know it was not exactly my assembly that caused it.I would say be careful with this elliptical, I think it can give a really great workout for a good price, but if you are anywhere somewhat at ALL close to the weight capacity or might not be the most comfortable putting machines together, be aware this machine is rather delicate.
