Outstanding Quality and Great Assortment of Cable Lengths

I love Anker products. Am I biased? I don't think so. They have earned their reputation. I am lucky enough to do the occasional product review at their request and I get some nice discounts for my time. This is not one of those products. I wanted this pack of cables and paid full price for it. I really like Anker's quality. They take extreme pride in the quality of their cables and its very obvious. These cables come with a Kevlar lining and solid connector jackets. These cables will endure many bends for years of use. While the cables are great, this particular combo package of short to large lengths is awesome. The ten foot cable is a monster and oh so convenient! I have a drawer full of micro usb cables that have come with products I've purchased or been sent for review. I skip them and still buy Anker cables for the quality. I don't want to trust my high end electronics to cheap, poorly made cables. Spend a few dollars and invest in Anker's cables. You will be better off in the long run.

The tightest connection I have ever felt for a mirco USB

These cords are the most amazing Micro USB cords I have ever gotten at a great price. First off the connection is so tight that you almost fear that you will break the connection by plugging and unplugging it. That's a great thing as the first thing that happens to most micro USB cord is the connection becomes loose and then falls out or stops charging.

The cord is also very thick. That is good thing but does get heavy and it doesn't want to shape itself from being coiled so it is kinda weird when using it but I'm sure it will straighten out over time. I usually don't review products until I have had some time to use it but these really exceeded my expectations so much that I had to write a review right away.

It also charges very, VERY, quickly.

As of December 28th I will have had these cables for a whole year, 2 of 5 I use consistently the rest are backup and I haven't worn out a cable yet. I shouldn't be surprised because I've bought Anker products before that came good short USB cables but.. these are great. I've tried to skimp on USB cables before and having bought these to try I won't go back to cheaper bulk cables.
Main reasons why: the micro USB port on Ps4 controllers is known to absolutely destroy the cheap cables (because the port is upside down and causes stress on the tiny USB "teeth" if they're weak) I had gone through 2 or 3 cheap cables with bad connection after just 1 month or less I said NO MORE. I'm on the same first Anker cable I plugged in and it makes great connection no signs of worn out teeth at all I can't believe it has been a whole year.
I did mean to get braided cables because we have a cat to likes to eat the ~forbidden spaghetti~ but she has not chomped on these and I suspect if she did that the cable functionality would be unharmed unless she somehow was left chewing on it for hours - the coating feels thick and super durable.

First, these cords are amazing! They are sturdy and slightly rigid, they're heavy and snug-fitting in both my plug and in my device and they charge as well as (or betrer) then the OEM cords. No slow charging errors here. All 5 even come with attachable (detachable?) hook and loop cord wraps, too. The only thing I dislike (and why I rated these 4 stars rather than 5) is the only indication that you have the cord in the right direction to plug in, is this barely perceptible indentation that's smaller than a pinhead. It's terrible for someone with visual impairment and it's doubly bad for someone with visual impairment and impaired sense of touch. I'm better off feeling the business end for the "teeth" on the underside of the micro end. It would have been so much easier had Anker marked it in contrasting color with an arrow or USB symbol or simply made it with something more immediately tactile like a significant rigid. Oop, I lied, there was ONE other issue: when you buy this multi-pack of 5 cords (1-ft, 3-ft, 3-ft, 6-ft & 10-ft) it would have been nice if they were labeled with their size. Yes, when all 5 are together, I can see which is which but it's more difficult to see the difference between 6-ft and 10-ft at a glance as the cords are NOT lined up in a neat box.

Speaking of the packaging it's a paper box and a tiny piece of folded paper. No plastic save for two tapes and all recyclable.

Unfortunately, Amazon's likely sent me a "used" product. The tapes closing the box were cut, the box had a sticky substance on the front and there were some dog hairs stuck to the hook and loop. The cords themselves were neatly wrapped and likely never truly used so I hit them with a disinfecting wipe and went on with life though disappointed I was charged full price. However, had this been a gift and not for my own personal use I would have had to had no choice but to return the product.

Anker is like 9/10 on quality and 9/10 on price. It's by far the best value choice. It's not junk, every cable is well made and the ends are all nicely beveled to avoid wear points. They each came with a Velcro cable tie. Anker puts it's name on everything (tastefully) and I hear great things about their customer service so that name seems to mean a lot to them. The varying lengths is nice so you don't have too much cable for things that get plugged right in and also so you have a few feet of room for things like tablets to be functional plugged in while you sit near an outlet.

I look down at my USB cables when I have to wiggle them to get the charging to start. They're not my Anker cables. Those don't do that.

I will say that they do die if you yank the cord from a device that's plugged in (like if you step on the cord or some such accident). I'd rather have the cord break than the device however. I've never had any issues not related to extreme tension. You don't want a USB adapter so strong it never breaks because it'd rip the connector right out of your device.

In this "made in China" world of consumer electronics we live in, Anker is a name you can recommend for quality and value across their product line.

What you get is really quality from the reliable brand. The pack comes in nice packaging, every single cable has velcro straps to help you manage the usual mess associated with cables, a nice touch I must say. The plugs are very sturdy and there is no risk of breaking them like I've seen with very cheap USB cables of unknown brands. These cables should withstand heavy use as they are covered with nice rubbery insulation not too thin to break easily and not too thick so they are still flexible enough.

I had problems in the past with cheap USB cables not charging my devices fast enough, especially with longer ones and this is why I decided to go with Anker as it has a good rep and so far I'm really happy with my choice.

I was expecting to get this in around 5 or 6 days after ordering it.

Product was exactly as advertised.
I've been using it for a while now, no issues, works great!

These cables have a high throughput transferring power at full speed.
I've used many cables for charging phones and most charge much slower, I've only found a view that work as well as these. That said, these are the best Micro USB cables I've used yet!
I also like how solidly they lock/snap into the phone, it's a good solid connection that will hold firm while using the device.
These and the braided sleeved ones are probably the best cables your going to find, especially at the price point.
